My Italian rainbow cookie was absolutely delicious!! Can't wait to try more of your goodies!! She was very kind! And today was such a perfect day to visit her at the railyards! Definitely recommend for your sweet treats!!

Oh my gosh these are great. We found Baked by Christiana while at the North Domingo Baca park. She had a table under a canopy at the park. My hubby picked out a cinnamon cheese danish and apple crumb danish. They were both big great for sharing with me. . The pastry itself is really good and flaky. Then you add the apples or cinnamon & cheese - oh my gosh. He also got an Italian crumb cake. All are full of flavor, moist and just YUMMY!! They are super fresh. Christiana was at the table and answered any questions we had. She was great. So friendly and helpful. She is in a great location to get some exercise then have a danish. That's my kind of workout!!

Christiana's baking skills are unbelievable and unmatched! I was lucky enough to visit her at Domingo Baca Park on a Saturday afternoon. I love a good danish but Christianas danish are amazing! Sooo light and fresh and just wonderfully delicious. I also selected a Raspberry Bar and it was sweet and soft and very yummy. I was also a lucky gal to snag one of her last Cannoli and omg was that a win! I love the convenience of visiting her booth in the park and I can't wait to go again!

Ok, I'm a lot remiss in my reviewing duties. I tried Baked. By Christiana way back at the beginning of May and I thought it was great then. However, I got busy and forgot to write.I was able to snag some of her delightful treats last weekend at the Rail Yard Market and this weekend at North Domingo Baca Park. Now I have a lot to say.Anyone that knows me knows I love rice-crispy treats and pecan sticky buns. My kryptonite if you will. Christiana makes some dang delicious crispy treats and ooey gooey pecan rolls.Last weekend at the Rail Yards I snagged a raspberry bar and a pecan sticky bun. I enjoyed the raspberry bar, it had great flavor and was soft and flaky. The pecan roll was everything I think a pecan roll should be. It was ooey gooey, sweet but not too sweet with crunchy pecans to balance it all out.This week she was trying out a new take on a rice-crispy. She used Golden Grahams as the "rice". Super tasty. It was soft and crispy with plenty of flavor. Different texture than a regular rice crispy and dare I say, I think I liked it better. Chunks of chocolate gave a pop of difference throughout. I would definitely have one of these again. I also got a monster cookie. It was just the way I like cookies, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside.I would highly recommend you try out her yummy treats for yourself!

Delicious, home baked goods come out of Christiana's kitchen. From the cannoli cupcakes to the warm chocolate chip cookies my daughter and I are currently enjoying, everything is SOOO good! Need a lemon blueberry cupcake or 12? Christiana is your baker!

My absolute favorite for desserts! By far the best Tiramusu and Cannolis!! She always has a great selection of amazing deserts!! Highly recommend for any special occasion or even just to satisfy your sweet tooth!!

I was fortunate to grow up with a grandfather who's mother was a Norwegian baker and had the best pastries growing up. I have not been able to find pastries close to this since other than pastries in Europe that are obviously not something cheap to ship fresh. While all of the treats are delicious the Almond danish is absolutely the best I've ever had and this treat is a tradition in my family so we set the bar high! If you can't make it to Europe but still want to experience the deliciousness of fresh European pastries I can't recommend this place and their danishes enough!!!!

I have purchased more than 1 item from her. Everything has been amazing. Her Tricolor cookies took me back to Long Island NY. Her NY coffee cake was so moist and delicious! And it freezes with out loosing any quality! Just let cool. saren wrapped and put in an airtight container. ( used a Tupperware Marinating container) Will use her again . And Again!

Christiana is Extremely talented and everything she makes tastes great. Highly recommend ordering from her!
