Bair Medical Spa

I never had any medical issues or pain until I came to this nightmare of a place. My pain at this moment is rough something I've had to live with when Nicole injured me with a microneedling radio frequency machine. I'm not the only one that had to get an mri that she worked on. It's disgusting how these people are so nonchalant about the suffering they caused. I have a permanent injured eye and nerve pain for over a yr all the Dr did was see me to take pictures for weeks after the injury. My eyelid is permanently droopy and a hole dent dug into my inner eye another Dr said I'd have to get fat grafting and one one outer. The swelling Eye neck jaw ear pain I couldn't close my eye all the way the depression and post traumatic stress I had the fear of waking up in morning and it getting worse the sleep loss trying to figure out the pain or me going blind I went to several ophthalmologists neurologist spent thousands on drs appointments creams vitamins mri medication I had to take. I won't give up trying to get justice. Stay away from this place if they injure you they won't give a shit. The nurse told me my skin looks good that I'm too hard on myself to hell with this place

Absolutely love this medical spa! The whole experience begins when you walk in the front door to a warm atmosphere and phenomenal staff. I've had all my first time Med Spa treatments here which have included:VelashapeObagi skincare SculptraLip Filler Tear trough fillerEspecially for not ever having filler or shaping treatments before I have had exceptional experiences. I'm really happy I invested in myself this past year and I feel that has a lot to do with the comfort and professionalism Bair provides. I will definitely be trying more of their spa services this upcoming year. Phenomenal staff, beautiful atmosphere and a trust factor that's priceless.

Thousands of dollars later, poor results on vaserlipo would not recommend that or the fat transfer at this office. Not happy with either result and it doesn't matter to them they got paid.I assure you I was a patient at your facility, I did receive a second treatment with little result after that one as well, had one phone call following it within 24 hours and zero follow up since then and your paperwork states in bold no refunds, if it was an option I would've accepted. I still have the same issues that I did before both treatments.

I have visited a few medical spas and Bair is, hands down, the best one. The staff is so welcoming and kind. They have great discounts and the environment is incredible.You absolutely must ask for Desiree. She is so professional, constantly advancing her knowledge and tailors the products to your specific needs. Desiree is personable and educates you throughout the process. She never leads you in a direction you are not comfortable with. Desiree takes her time and truly makes you feel like you are her only patient. She is an expert and artist at what she does.

Really appreciate that this spa is much more than an esthetic boutique, they also offer cryotherapy, and since insurance doesn't cover actinic keratosis removal, this is a well hidden secret. I just wish I knew about it before I spent so much with other dermatologists in Albuquerque. Just learned Dr. Bair is a DO, also something rare in this city, looking forward to establishing myself as a patient for primary care in a self pay setting.

Ive never been so humiliated. The nurse was trying to sell me way more botox than Ive ever had. She was so very condescending. she said maybe if i did triathlons I would metabolize the treatment faster. Clearly, Im not someone who does triathlons. I felt so judged at a place I went to feel better about myself. Looks like Im going back to Alluraderm. I cant believe what just happened.I will add to this review that the owner graciously reached out to me and apologized. I appreciated the gesture and changed my review from a 1 star to 3 stars. Its not her fault, she didn't act rude, her staff did. She's very classy.

Beyond pleased with the staff and the lip fillers I had done! I had a consult prior to, and all my questions were answered. They were very nice, welcoming and professional! I will def be back.

I have been going to Bair Medical Spa for over a year, and have been nothing but pleased. The girls always greet me when I walk through the door, and I always feel so welcomed. During times of COVID, they are taking all precautions to keep me and other patients safe while still being excited to see their customers, and I sincerely appreciate that. It's always a treat visiting the clinic and seeing everyone's happy faces, on top of their services. I always see Desiree when I'm there, and she's always nothing but professional and does such an amazing job! I recommended her and Bair to many of my friends, And I think that's the highest recommendation any business can receive is referring customers to your friends that trust you. I'm grateful I found this great place, and love their commitment to their customers.

I have had many services at Bair. I will not go anywhere else. Janelle is incredible. Highly knowledgeable and efficient. I've gone for laser hair removal, Botox, and facials. Janelle is always so professional and gives great recommendations and answers all of my questions. I love it at Bair, I feel very well taken care of and look forward to every visit.

I've been to Bair for several years and always been happy with the treatments I received - until this last time. My regular gal was booked so I took an appointment with one of their newer staff members. I've had this particular treatment for over 10 yrs at Bair as well as at other beauty facilities and I'm familiar with it and the results. In the past, I've rarely, if ever experienced bruising. On the few occasions I did, it was with 1 or 2 tiny bruises that were very light in color. Not so this time.This time I ended up with 5 enormous bruises that were so dark they were almost black! They were so bad I couldn't go out in public for 5 days - and this was with icing my face immediately after leaving and up until I went to bed that night. I had 1 bruise the size of a quarter and another the size of a dime. I have to say, I was stunned by this. The other disappointment though was that I called a few days later and left a message about this and no one ever called back to ask questions, etc. Not what I consider a quality facility, sad to say.
