I recently had a refrigerator emergency at my home... I immediately thought of BAILLIOS appliances here in Albuquerque as I have purchased from them before and they have been nothing but professional and dependable. I particularly want to compliment Martha Cano, the sales person who handled my transaction. I explained to her that my need was immediate since my refrigerator was failing and I needed a replacement delivered the very next morning. She did everything possible to guarantee a new fridge would be in my home that next morning. The delivery men, Craig and Daryl we're quite courteous and knowledgeable and did not scratch any of my furniture. Martha was very sympathetic and did everything possible to calm me and give me a sense of security. I have previously purchased kitchen appliances from BAILLIOS of Albuquerque in the past and have had excellent and professional service from this merchant... I can't praise them enough... They are a family-owned business and take their customers very seriously... I strongly suggest you consider them before going to the big box stores... We remodeled our home starting in Nov. 2020 and our contractor purchased the Monogram line from GE for our kitchen appliances from Baillio's. Because of the various circumstances from Covid-19 to the low availability of workers and every other excuse the appliances were not installed until later in Dec 2021 and some into Jan. of 2022. We purchased a range, hood, refrigerator, double oven with the ADVANTIUM microwave/convection oven (the star of the show), dishwasher, and wine cooler (well over $17,000 in costs). We had issues from the start with every appliance except the wine cooler. Baillio's used an unrecognized service org to Monogram to fix the issues. We learned this today from the Monogram people. The oven in question has been out of service (DEAD) for months. The parts are supposedly on back order to be received maybe by the end of this year. Baillio's passes the blame to Monogram. Monogram passes the buck to the company they recognize who will now be completely new to the game. I have been told completely different information about why they can't perform or make things right by all involved. Monogram passed it on to their area marketing rep that if an authorization was made to replace the appliance they would jump in the game and we'd get a working oven. When I spoke to Baillio's about this the first manager that I had talked with was gone (same morning within an hour) and I was passed on to another manager who refused to contact or give me the contact info for the Monogram marketing agent. Our conversation was the least pleasant one I have had in well over a year (I hope they recorded it for their "Training Program".) Jason Wolfel sold me a receiver, I explained to him my new studio set up and showed him the plans. I needed a receiver to play 6 of the speakers I purchased from him, he sold me a surround sound system. When I called they could have switched it for the correct receiver. He just wanted to make money. After I got the system set up I had to buy a 175.00 piece of equipment to use this.This is the only thing they could do for me. They are not the family owned business I use to trust, it is owned by Builders Source Appliance Gallery in Santa Fe. DO NOT GO HERE!

The customer service is poor. We purchased a freezer from them that had an estimated delivery date of 2 weeks. Now close to a month later snd still no freezer and never informed of this. We had to constantly call for any updates. Octavio was the salesman and never took the time after repeated calls to call us back. They just lost a former repeat customer.

Absolutely awful company. I spent several thousand dollars on brand new kitchen appliances (microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator and range). Had a minor issue with the dishwasher just over a year from the purchase date and they passed the buck to the manufacturer, and took no responsibility. I also purchased two beds, shortly before the holidays as I had family in town. They repeatedly delayed delivery so I was left sleeping on an air mattress.I would have expected more from a company based on the large items I purchased, but nothing. I highly recommend staying away from this company, mainly for not standing behind the products they sell, and second, for poor customer service.

I had an incredibly frustrating experience with Baillio's. I placed an order online and received WRITTEN confirmation from BOTH Baillio's and PayPal, yet the store claimed they couldn't process my payment DURING pick-up. I was given conflicting information, asked to retry the purchase multiple times, and ultimately had to jump through hoops for immediate purchase and clarity. Poor communication, lack of accountability from Management, and unnecessary delays created a terrible customer experience. I wouldn't trust their sales process or Management.

I was driving a school van for kids in the morning in lomas and a baillios driver in a van unit 55 was race a truck and almost hit me and did not even care he just looked at me like if I was dumb. I call the company to talk to the owner or some one in charge and they told me he was busy that he call me back and they never did I just wanted to tell them to get better divers but what every .

Was happy to do business with someone other than the big box stores, until I had a problem, and they have been absolutely not help. My refrigerator delivered in December of 2022, started having functional problems, in February of 2023 - less than 2 months old. They ordered parts in February, that were not delivered until late May. Meanwhile the unit completely quit in April. Parts installed late May did not fix the refrigerator and more parts were ordered, originally scheduled for June delivery that was not met. Now told parts will not arrive until August. Baillios has done nothing with the manufacturer or the service company to expedite or mitigate the problem. Now will not take a phone call or respond to messages. Would never do business with them again.

We needed a new gas stove for our Santa Fe apartment. Found one at H..e D...t (that huge big box) and had a NIGHTMARE experience with them: Botched delivery time, confusion about the hookup, refusal to take the old unit away (as already paid for), phone calls not returned, etc. etc. The real home-owner's nightmare. Then I remembered that in the past we'd used the Santa Fe Baillo's--now gone--so on a hunch I called the Albuquerque Baillo's and they were GREAT! Got a deal on a good stove (and a warranty!) and everything went smoothly--They called us right on time for the delivery, showed up on time, did the hookup without a hitch, hauled off the old unit, etc.Baillo's provided the kind of customer service that USED to be the norm in retail businesses, and at the same overall price as the big box. They get our big thanks and and a big recommendation!

Bought expensive high end GE washer dryer set here 2.5 years ago and was told in the sale, an extended warranty was going to be included. A warranty line appears on the invoice as "ASA 10yr Limited Warranty", so felt comfortable the appliances were covered; should have asked sales more questions... All that line was, is the manufactures 1 year parts and labor and 10 year major component - the motor only; so no extended warranty at all covering the recent failure of the 4 drum support rollers in the dryer and yesterday the main control board of the washer. Bad enough GE claims they won't help, but so does Baillio's. Make sure what you are being sold. Oh and, all the reviews for the product are downloaded from the GE site, with 5 stars while off the GE site, they are far less.
