AJ was fantastic. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and very professional. He fixed a loose nut on our bathroom sink valve in which we were afraid we would break ourselves trying to do to so. He did it right and effectively without hesitation. We have used this company before and would love to use BCarlson again for future needs. Thanks again AJ! You gave us a great value!

Will have no regard for your time or money. Charges significant amounts, on top of $80 fee just to show up, and I had to go through two no call no shows as well as two reschedules before they even showed up.

B. Carlson's showed up early we knew what we needed remove and replace toilet. Drake Winkler did a extremely great job. And he cleaned the area up that was very much appreciated because iam disabled and my wife doesn't have to sit on the old one. I will be calling them for other jobs. THANK YOU B. CARLSON's and DRAKE WINKLER. at a cost that was very reasonable.

B. Carlson has been taking care of my mini splits for over 6 years. Technicians are always know their job & keep my units going. This time I had a problem with my hot water heater. They sent out Drake. 10/10. Unfortunately it needed replaced. Drake carved out the rest of his day & got me taken care of. New hot water heater & a couple other plumbing issues I needed done too. Very professional, efficient & kind. Drake is a shining star. Thank You!

Our radiant heat went out Thursday. B. Carlson was very professional and booked for the next day between 8-12. All great. Then this morning (Friday, the next day) they call and say that they can't fix the radiant heat, that they don't have a tech who can do it. They didn't offer another day or any other explanation. VERY disappointed. But, they do give me another plumber. OK, stuff happens. All is well. So, I call the other plumber and they say they don't service Santa Fe. Worthless. Thanks for making sure you know what you're doing. I wasted a day counting on B. Carlson. Very negative experience all around.

Buyer beware! This company told us we needed a new limit switch on heating unit . They wanted 440 dollars for the part . We found the part locally for 30 dollars. Subsequently, we found out we didn't need the part at all, we just needed to clean the air filter. To be fair we did receive our money back from them. Just be aware.

We contacted B Carlson to clear a clog in our new house. We were quoted $300 for the service. Another guy came to do the work the next day and he charged us $800. A week later the clog was back. We contacted a different company to clear it and they actually did the job right. Still waiting for a refund or at least partial refund of my $800 for NOTHING. A job poorly done. Do not hire B. Carlson for any plumbing needs, if you want the job done right.

I felt we were grossly overcharged for a water leak we had in the garage at the water main. $700 to replace a piece of plex that was 3.5 inches long. The leak was easily accessible since there was a cutout already there from a previous leak. The plumber refused to adjust the estimate. The plumber didn't re install the pipe insulation or the wall insulation. Just walked off leaving the piping exposed to the cold in the garage. I had to go to true value and buy insulation and install it myself. I CALLED B.Carlson 4 times and not once did they return my call. I kept being told that customer service would call me back. I will never use them again and I strongly suggest anyone reading this not to use them either. I don't think their so called customer service department exists. Invoice 522175.

We had an emergency when our water heater started spraying water everywhere at 4:30 in the morning. We were able to turn off the water ourselves, but called B. Carlson to come check it out. Drake was amazing and so professional. He was able to install a new water heater - with some upgrades we had been wanting - within hours. We had not used B. Carlson before, but they earned our loyalty today. Thank you so much Drake for the fast, professional service - we so appreciate it!

Service has always been completed with skill and on time. Ben has kept my Breeze Air units running smoothly all season and has always been knowledgeable and wonderful to work with !
