Aztec Mechanical

I had a great experience with Aztec Mechanical! I moved into a new home and had a mysterious electrical element on my roof. Nobody could seem to figure it out. Aztec sent over technicians/mystery detectives: Miguel and Harold. They were fantastic! They figured out what it was and were able to remove it (which I did not expect they would do as part of their service- so thanks for that) . They tuned up my AC unit, removed an old swamp cooler switch, and repaired and secured a loose air vent. I asked them a million questions and they were patient and very knowledgeable. They went above and beyond, were courteous, worked clean, were very professional- and were actually on time- what a concept! The scheduling was simple and Celissa (holla) was super friendly and a pleasure to speak to. This is my first experience with Aztec, but certainly not my last. Thanks Aztec!

My father, a WWII veteran, called to have two water heaters replaced. He is hard of hearing and can't always understand on the telephone, but lives at home and is mentally very sharp. He was told by the person on the phone, after discussing that he wanted a very common and simple water heater replacement, that they couldn't even look at his job for six months. I guess that was their way of saying "Go away". He called TLC, and they came out the same day and fixed the water heaters the next day. I cannot recommend Aztec to anyone that is offended as I am by the way they treat senior citizens, and the hearing impaired.
