Dumpsters overflow with garbage. I had provided both of renters insurance, they set me up with a predatory insurance company to buy for duplicate insurance.

Now called Aydan Apartments, the management of this property has severely declined in the past few months since ownership changed. Cooling units are non-operational as of June. They started thinking about the process to turn on the evaporative coolers at the beginning of April when it was already in the mid-80s. Why so late? It's now hit the mid 90s outside. As I sit here typing this, my apartment temperature is 86*. Mailboxes have taken several months to be replaced, forcing residents to go to the post office. Dog feces are consistently found in the lawns, and their public receptacles are not emptied. The pool has not opened on time. Ants and roaches are common. I struggle to earn return calls and emails from the staff. All this, and they have the audacity to raise rent by more than 10%. I've lived in apartments for 20+ years. I'm sad to say that this is, by far, my worst experience.

Honestly this place is f*****g small has big horrible office management horrible maintenance unprofessional sneaky and conniving no ac still and it's now June ugly and old appliances and priced horribly you get stuck in a 1 year lease and pay thousands to try to leave no roommate release honestly I've lived shittier places that were a million times better. I hate living here and I'm stuck and it sucks. They don't care about you. I'm sorry if you choose to live here. I ho early cry myself to sleep knowing I'm stuck here until November. And if you guys try apologizing it's shit to mean I don't care you guys honestly f*****g suck. I hate you with my guts.

Would not recommend that anyone moves here. Management is absolutely terrible, took them several weeks to fix our AC when it broke (IN THE MIDDLE OF THE SUMMER) The apartments themselves are old and have lots of issues. Our faucet handle fell off our bathtub and we had to use a wrench for 2 weeks before they finally came to fix it. Our washing machine was broken for 3 months before they finally replaced it after weeks of us calling. Management is sneaky, if you don't put in a 30 day notice they tell you, you HAVE to give them 60 days... so They want me to pay beyond my lease agreement. No way. No pro-rates either. The apartments themselves are WAY overpriced for what you're getting. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT. All they want is more money out of you. If you like getting woken up at 6am by leaf blowers outside your window then you might like this place...

i have lived in the ayden apartments for over 15 years. they have raised the monthly rent by almost $700.00 in less than a year and a half. these are old apartments and falling apart! forget trying to get management to listen to you and then do something about your issues! it's not going to happen! they are a greedy, money-hungry out-of-state corporation!!! since hew mexico is a woke, neo-nazi socialist-communist democrat & rhino-republican-run state, they don't protect the the rights of the people against these filthy corporate rats!these apartments never had a roach problem until now! they don't spray for pest control like they used to! now they even charge extra for things that used to be part of the rent.when it comes to the auto-pay, disgusting!: there was a problem with their online auto-pay recently. it wasn't working properly. this happened during a holiday at the beginning of the month. they took an extra day off but did not notify the tenants until that saturday. when i called up to try and pay, explaining what had happened, they still charged me the late fees!

New tenant and it has been a mess! For as much as you pay, there's apartments are like low income managed. They are under new management and new workers & it shows! The two girls in the leasing office are so RUDE and give you attitude every time you go into the office. They don't want to do their job and pretty much HATE their job! Jordan is one of the worst people to work for and very unprofessional! The manager Diana will never call you back or return emails. The apartment is half ass done and it shows. From cracks all over the tub, bugs in the apartments, nothing works properly, the refrigerator is dysfunctional, doors knobs falling off, tenants smoking, no lighting in the parking and can easily get mugged. So if you want ugly trashy apartments & RUDE ass management and leasing agents. This is the place to live! avoid this place like the plague!!!

Management is awful. I set up auto pay and was told that auto pay is not reliable when I called in to ask why my payment hasnt been taken out of my bank account. I got charged a $136 late fee. I asked for the late fee be waived since MANAGEMENT suggested not to use auto pay after the fact I set it up a month ago. So now I have to pay a late fee because of their unreliable payment systems. If I could break my lease and move I will. Working on getting funds together.

Worst possible place to move in to I've been here a little over a year and the maintenance time sucks it's takes no rent payment and 2-3 months of threats to get ac fixed or any maintenance they random cut water off they have do maintenance they pin shit on you and much more let alone pay 1249.00 a month for this garbage 1b 1b I highly do NOT RECOMMEND this establishment it's been bought out 3 times in a year

Spoke to a leasing Agent named "Charlie" this morning. She was very Rude right off the bat. She answered my questions with "yup" "nope" "mhm" and also with an attitude. She gave me false information and was VERY unprofessional. I think Sombra should re consider their office staff especially when it comes to greeting future residence. I called to gather information for my younger brother and she had the audacity to ask me why he didn't show up to his viewing appt yesterday which is none of her business. He showed up at their lunch hour and no one was their. she told me they don't close for lunch which is false bc he called them today and was told to come after 130 due to their LUNCH HOUR. I am very unsatisfied with my phone call with her and her attitude. Sombra please do better!

everyrhing About this apartment complex is awful.always an issue, everything is broken and management is sneaky. Everything about this place is awful. It's May 20th and I DONT HAVE AC but the office staff is cushy in their central air conditioning. its so not worth it. At all.
