Bought a 2011 Dodge Ram from Auto Station. After a few days, the key fob started malfunctioning and the door lock was broken. Thankfully, Auto Station was more than willing to get everything fixed for us in just a few days. Everyone was very friendly there, and that makes a big difference to me.I'd definitely recommend checking them out!

The worst customer service ever. The salesman and manager were rude and acted as though black people were inferior. Will never go there again and by the way we can afford everything you have. Very prejudice

Travis was excellent, he allowed me to take the cars on a drive by myself! So much easier to decide on a car when a strange salesman isn't in the passenger seat. He was kind, honest, easy to talk to, generous with tips on how to look at new cars at bigger dealerships-he really could market his services as a consultant!This is exactly the business you want to support! Small, local, community oriented, down to earth. Travis is working a great deal for me as we speak, and he has some excellent priced vehicles on the lot.Best car buying experience thus far!

Had a great experience with my wife and I here! Our salesman, Matt, was very professional and extremely helpful with all of our needs. We bought an F-150 from him and absolutely love it! At first our car payment was going to be a bit high, but Matt helped us out and made sure we would have a low payment. Very friendly staff!

They replied to my vehicle inquiry in a promptly manner. Scheduled a day and time to look at a used Lexus CT they have on their lot. They allowed me to take the car on a solo test drive, which I liked; more car dealerships should follow this practice, especially on a used car where the salesperson is clueless about a specific make and model, and is pretty much just there to babysit you and ask you unethical questions about financing and trade-ins. Anyway, the car drove okay, though I did notice some annoying road noises when the audio system was not engaged. After the test drive, and further scrutinizing the vehicle, I noticed some cosmetic and mechanical blemishes and pointed them out to the salesperson. Overall, customer service was alright, but, and even though I've been trying to buy this particular make and model vehicle for a while now, I didn't think the asking price was fair. Not to mention it was getting late and I didn't want to deal with them in regard to my trade-in.

This dealership sells cars that have sat on their lot for over six months without doing any maintenance or even having recall items corrected! I bought a $13,000 car from them that broke down TWO MONTHS after I bought it and it needed a whole new engine.It took three months to get that engine replaced, and now, nine months after purchase, I have had to spend ANOTHER $2000 to replace brakes, brake fluid, transmission fluid, cabin filter and all four tires.Seriously, this place will RIP YOU OFF - do NOT buy a car here!

Annoyed and undercut. Was buying Honda Ridgeline from Eddie. Even asked him about deposit for. Told him that I was serious and could put down up to $2k to hold for 1 day. He said $500 deposit that is not refundable. No problem, except he never took my deposit and stated he had to OK with Boss (Jacob?). Well 2 hours later, he called me and said, "Sorry, we just sold that Ridgeline". I was blown away and very upset. He just told me that his boss will look for another one. What an unprofessional fool. I should've known better. I will be contacting ownership/mngmnt on this issue.

I warn you, do not buy a vehicle from here. They are liars!!!!! I bought a vehicle from here about 2 months ago, and was told that they put brand new tires on. I came to get my tires aligned, and was told that my tires were all needing to be replaced due to how worn they are. Also, an outlet for my car charger does not work, and was told that it would be fixed, however was never fixed and now I can't get ahold of the person they told me would fix it for me. If I could give 0 stars I would!!!!
