Made call, Debbie answered. Great response to my questions, quickly set up appointment for service. Open about price right up front, found it very fair.2 days later Driver Dex Martinez shows up to service tank right on time. He was very responsive to my questions. He showed me how to clean my filter every 6+ mon. Very skillful getting his truck up to lids.Has great customer service skills & was quick/efficient.I highly recommend this company.Tip: He did ask if I could provide a water hose so he could spray/clean my filter. Having it available saves time.

We had a perfect experience with Atlas Plumbing. They picked up the phone when I called, they scheduled an appointment, they showed up on time, and they got the job done. We also really like the guys that were working the job. We will use them again for sure.

VERY disappointed. Pumping went fine, we thought. Then noticed that the solar light by front gate was broken and had been propped up against the rocks. It's obvious that the guy doing the pumping broke the light, propped it up, and didn't tell us about the damage. We have contacted the office to ask for compensation for the broken light. In addition, sewage/sludge was smeared on the front steps, and we had to clean that off. Given the amount we paid, this was a very disappointing experience, and we will not use this company again. Six days have passed since we called them about the damage, and we haven't even received the courtesy of a call back. This seems to be a company without integrity.

I've used these folks for a few years and their services started being averagely priced with their competitors. I just had my septic tank pumped to a outrageously overpriced $440 for an average residential home. Calling them the next day after researching three competitors prices, it turns out they were about $100 more for the same service than the mean average of their competitors. I called them and explained this situation, where Heidi told me the owner would call me back. I am still waiting..... Never again will I use Atlas Pumping!!!! BUYER BEWARE!!!

excellent service, easy to make appointment, tank pumped and throughly hosed cleaned. Ask for Fernando, professional and knowledgable.

The pumper didn't even want a hose to wash off his equipment. Should have been watching him- if he didn't want a hose to wash off his equipment that means it's likely he didn't fully empty the septic tank. Charged way too much- I confused them with who I hired the last time. Won't be hiring Atlas ever again. Barely did anything.

Lead time for an appointment was almost a week. A huge truck showed up hours early. The driver said he wasn't experienced enough to back the big truck about 100 yards down a paved driveway, and they'd have to return with a smaller truck. I called the office because the driver said he tried to call the phone number he'd been given and it was out of service. After explaining what happened, the dispatcher said they didn't have a smaller truck available for a week. I guess I should have told Atlas what size truck to send, so it's apparently unreasonable to expect them to shuffle their schedule in order to get back out sooner. I think sending a big truck and inexperienced driver to Placitas (where there are plenty of steep driveways) is silly, but I didn't know they had such large trucks.

We noticed some leaking around the outside tank and called; we had an appointment within24 hrs. Dex was on time, efficient, professional and personable and educated me about the system. He also diagnosed the problem almost immediately, resolved it and provided regular septic pumping service. Yes, he used a hose and was very thorough. Thank you, Dex!

Contacted them at 8 am with an overflowing septic and they were out here by noon and done with 30 min. Paul was friendly and professional! Excellent service!

Had a very good experience. Atlas replaced the failed septic tank and added drain field to our recently purchased property. At my request a company representative came by the day before to discuss the details of the work to be performed. I felt confident that they would do the job in a satisfactory way. The day of the installation they arrived early (good) and began the difficult job of removing the old tank and replacing with new. I witnessed some hard working people doing a professional job. I was very pleased with the results. After completing the job they cleaned up any traces of their work on the property quite nicely.
