ATI Physical Therapy

I had a full knee replacement and after 2 weeks of home physical therapy I went here. I can not say enough good things about this place. The entire staff really cares about your progress and your recovery. They are very attentive and track your progress after every visit. I am once again feeling great and owe a lot of it to them. Do the rehab, you won't regret it.

My Physical Therapist John was not attentive to the progression or advancement of my over all injury. He on multiple occasions would greet me at the beginning of our treatment session then pass me off to a tech while he would hide in his office or disappear for the remainder of my session. He did not accurately or frequently assess my injury and choose exercises based on my physical needs. When my muscles were getting stronger with was a challenge to get his attention and permission to increase the strength of band or resistance in a given exercise. I feel that he may be burnt out with his profession and should strongly consider retirement or a long vacation so that he could return with passion for the recovery of others if he hasn't lost it for good. That being said the techs that I worked with were fantastic and you could tell that their hard work kept the facility running. I would like to specifically say that Caleb, Michelle, Ferdi, and Nicole were all always bringing a positive attitude and energy to help encourage their patients to get better.

I'm nearly done with PT for my neck/shoulder and am really pleased with the constant quality of the therapy at this facility. Twice weekly for 6 weeks - there's always a very high ratio of PT/PTA supervision to patients on the floor. The gym facility is clean and well maintained.The receptionist is always friendly and willing to be helpful. ATI uses a central phone system so you're not able to speak directly with your specific clinic, which has not been a problem so far.(The building shares a restroom that is in desperate need of maintenance by the building mgt - but that's NOT ATI's fault.)I will recommend this location to my friends and family for physical therapy in the future.

Great help! Visible results! Caring and attentive therapists have guided me to recovery from shoulder replacement surgery. Director, therapists and assistants listen carefully, offer clear plans and support progress to goal. Facility is clean and well maintained. Staff is consistently dependable week after week. Gradual steps are suggested at your own pace. These are good people at ATI Physical Therapy.
