Ashley and her team helped me buy my home in 2021. The process of shopping was responsive and client focused. When we made offers, the team was meticulous and strategic. Not only do they have integrity and work as a team but it's clear that Ashley focuses on having a safe and fun culture! This can be hard to find in the real estate world. Really glad I chose them to help me buy my home. They have even been accessible for follow up questions and seem to really care. I know where to send friends and family and where I'll go in the future!

Deletes negative reviews, had to post this multiple times. Do you want realtors with your best interest in mind? If so, stay far away from this realty team. Contracted them to sell a home in Edgewood in Dec. 2023.Poor experience with mainly Avery Johnson. However Ashley Schaffer was there every step of the way. Lets break it down.1. Tried to list the house for less than it was worth - they pushed us to list the house at 415. We pushed for 425. The house sold within a week for 5k over the 425k asking with multiple viewers lined up.2. Underestimated the cost of EVERY SINGLE SERVICE. - every time an estimate came for the cost of a service It was significantly higher than what they estimated it to be. Also every company they chose was significantly more expensive than the ones I could find on my own. But yet they constantly claimed knowledge of the area.. maybe years ago3. Had the buyers best interest in mind. We needed more time. Both Avery and Ashley acted like they were extremely put out by this. Saying oh the buyers couldn't accommodate etc. it was like the buyers realtor was pushing everything and our realtors were just rolling over asking us to take it. We were able to get an 8 day extension total and they kept saying "we have advocated for you tirelessly." OK.4. aggressively sent contract documents asking to sign. At one point we discovered an issue with the septic, due to a manufacturing defect, had failed inspection. Avery was extremely pushy in calling and sending a document, once signed, would not allow us, the sellers to back out. Seemed very shady the level of aggressiveness involved in this specific part of the selling process. When everything up to this point was pretty laissez-faire.5. There were no contingencies in the contract for us to back out as a seller.6. Expressing any discontent such as what was listed above, to them directly, resulted in vague threats regarding the "contract we signed" (verbatim from Ashley). Avery was condescending and defensive of any criticism equally.Who do you work for again? Your best interest. Bottom line.

Ashley, Marco and the rest of the Keller Williams team provided excellent help and support during the sale of our home in the Sandia foothills. From the first meeting their straightforward approach was refreshing and continued throughout the duration of our contract. They provided us with accurate comps that gave us the assurance that we got top dollar for our property. Because we were leaving the state they also worked with the Estate sale team to ensure the property was in top shape for the new owners. While they are a great business team I would gladly have them as friends and neighbors. Marco helped me get in touch with an competent plumber when the need arose during the later phase of the sale. I would highly recommend then to anyone wanting an efficient, professional and responsive team to navigate the sale of their property.

We owned a home in the east mountains. It was beautiful and desirable but had aspects that a track house in a neighborhood might not have. Ashley and her highly qualified team were the best possible choice for our home. Her and Bianca's modern, responsive approach to both the listing, photos and advertising were nothing less than perfect. Ashley knows her business, all the ends and outs and ended up advising other realtors we had contact with. If you're looking for personable, high qualified, top notch organizational skills, and the latest tech in advertising skills then this is the team of professionals for you.
