I visited their food truck at Marble. They only had one thing on the menu for $15 dollars. I figured I'd try it and for $15 I should be able to share it with my wife. I was even assured it was a sampling large enough to share...WRONGThe portion was tiny and for $15 I was left wanting more. The actual food was decent but barely got to taste it given them small portion. It was exactly what I expected from a "smokehouse" food truck. My advice is skip the truck and get the extra beer. It will fill you up more and make you feel like a million bucks

I am not sure how long this food truck has been around, but I know for sure they've been at La Cumbre almost every Sunday for a few months now. I also have no clue how long they're there, but they're arrive before the brewery opens at noon so it's perfect for a late brunch or lunch. Their food is always delicious and I love when they have seafood. It always tastes very fresh. The menu changes constantly which can be good and bad. They always have a pork option, usually a seafood option, and sometimes chicken or beef. My favorites so far have been the beer can chicken (prepared with La Cumbre beers of course) and the clams and mussels. The prices are reasonable, and the pair who runs it are very friendly. My only complaint as someone who prefers seafood, and rarely eats red meat, there are often times no options other than pork or beef. Otherwise this place is top notch!!
