I have been working with ADOPM since they started and I couldn't say enough good things about them. They get solid tenants, properly enforce contracts and never delay maintenance. I have never had a problem getting a hold of them whether it be via email or phone. I plan to continue doing business here for the rest of my life and recommend them to all my friends and clients. This company should be shut down they just scam people out of their deposits I paid $400 getting the house and carpets clean but because I didn't use the company they wanted they charged to have the carpets cleaned again they charged $400 to rake gravel to cover the weed barrier that was exposed because I was pulling the weeds the day before I moved out then charge a deep cleaning fee and $900 for cleaning up black scuff marks on the wall like a gallon of paint is 50 bucks my dog g did damage the carpet in the bedroom so I understand the $400 dollar charge on that but at the same time we were instructed to lock the dog in the bathroom while they did an inspection so locked in the bathroom my dog clawed at the doorway trying to get out so they found a way to not only keep the $1,700 deposit but charge an additional $300 for this$300.00Paid on 04/30/2024Confirmation #: 1323-F330Paid by YouIncludes Power wash garage and driveway. I left several messages about my monthly draw, last week, and today, which was received at the first of the month, and have not yet received my "owner draw". I was told last week I would receive a call, however, that didn't happen!Very unprofessional and frustrating......Naomi called today, one week later, emailed a confirmation number to show my bank deposit. Of course this confirmation is not a confirmation number from my bank? Still on a wild goose chase with these people!?Not worth the headache!

The owner Naomi is awfully selfish, fake and doesn't care about anyone but herself. She promoted girl power and positive vibes in the interview but its the exact opposite! They expect you to do more than your job title, but doesn't pay accordingly. Natalie the property manager is a nightmare to work with. No one is allowed to talk or laugh in the office and they refuse to pay people. They are petty and rude, especially to their clients. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DONT WORK THERE! Their turn over rate is no longer than 3 months, that should tell you something! I did not go back the next day!

DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLEI recieved a call from "Natalie" today. It was about my water bill. I have never spoken with someone more inept yet condescending in my entire life. This is, by far, the WORST property management company I have ever worked with. They never return calls. Seriously, call them anytime between 9 and 5 on a weekday and you'll get a grainy, 90's style answering machine. Leave a message and get used to it, because you'll be leaving several more. Their maintenance people are great, if they know to come. Try to get them to order you a specialist for, say, much-needed elctrical work. I dare you. And when the house isn't clean when you're ready to move in. No worries. They'll do very little to remedy the issue and then give you misinformation about your lease.But, if you're still reading, the real peeve came today when "Natalie" called and tried to explain to me what an adult does. Never in my life have I met someone so horrible at communication. This past year has been a nightmare for so many of us, one from which I am only recently awakening. It's absolutely none of anyone's business what the nightmare entailed, but to have "Natalie" call me and attempt to lecture me on adulting was completely unprofessional, rude, and ignorant. Especially because she clearly had no idea that I had been mending the issue she was calling about for months and that she has no legal leg to stand on. In my attempt to explain this, she cut me off and continued lecturing. She had clearly worked herself up for this call. It mutually escalated. It was obscene. But the best part: I'm pretty sure that management was standing by encouraging her to falsely shame a tenant. This landord-tenant relationship has clearly become a power struggle. One I can't wait to sever. Don't rent from these people. Seriously.
