Arias Taqueria

Arias Taqueria has giant breakfast burritos that are reasonably priced for the resort town. I had the chorizo and egg burrito with red chile and my wife had the sausage burrito with green chile. My wife's only complaint was that the burrito could have used more green chile, but we are NM natives so that is almost always the case. My own chorizo burrito was dripping a little red grease, which is the way it should be with chorizo. I couldn't really identify any red chile as the contents of my burrito were more of a mush of all the ingredients. Tasty, but not as appetizing visually as it could have been. Affordable, tasty food, friendly staff and fast service. Open during a very snowy day. Our group of 6 love food and we were all pleased taking expectations into consideration (this is a stand alone taqueria). Will be coming back. See additional comments in the pictures.

The food is always amazing if you order in Spanish! Great location right off the main road, and is always super fast! Super nice and friendly staff! They deserve more 5 star ratings as it's easily the best food in angel fire!
