I am in charge of all the graphic design at the company I work for and use ARI for everything from business cards and banners to huge triangle signs and vinyl lettering. I know virtually everybody that works there and love working with all of them! Even with the huge volume of work that I put through them it is extremely rare that there is any kind of mistake or miscommunication on my orders. If there did happen to be a mistake they have ALWAYS fixed it promptly and made everything right. I have worked with Carlye since day one and talk to her at least 3 days a week about current projects that are going on. She is the absolute best and has been the most accommodating sales person I have ever worked with. Anytime I have ever asked for samples of material or quotes on big orders she had them all to me very quickly.Take it from someone who consistently orders $2,500+ a month in printing, this is THE place to go to in New Mexico.

ARI is the best, hands down!!I did business with with another company here in town. However, Carlye, my sales rep. asked if she could bid on a resigning at one of our clinics. She not only had the better pricing, but delivery the job a week early than her competitor. To date, Carlye and ARI have been doing a fantastic job on every single order - NO PROBLEM.All the staff is wonderful and they provide the best customer service. I now that their volume is pretty high and they have many clients, but I get treated, like I am the only client they have. I will never go anywhere else for signage. Most important, if they say they are going to do something, they will.I had an issue with some materials not adhering to some interior window at a specific location. Carlye, tried various products and would not give up, finally she found something that worked and made the clinic happy and it looks great. We do it right, Always! That should be written on the front door of the building, because that is exactly what you are going to get from everyone at ARI. Positive attitude and great service - Thank you all at ARI Graphix.

First off I have to say how great most of the staff is. They took the time to learn my name and I really appreciated that. The front desk ladies were great and helpful every time I was there, and Carl, who printed most of my work, did a fantastic job, everything looked beautiful. In the end everything worked out. However, the sales people do not communicate with the production people very well, in fact there seems to be almost no communication between them. And the time in which the acrylic pieces for my project were ordered was not timely. The biggest issues I had with this company was that in the end they tried to blame me for the fact that the deadline was missed and they very nearly destroyed a piece of acrylic costing more than $300.00 by trying to rush the end product two days after the deadline had passed. They kept saying I had made too many changes up until the very last minute, when the fact was that I had everything finalized and decided on an entire week before they actually ordered any of it. Initially they claimed I had not confirmed the quote until the Friday before the Monday I set as the deadline, when I had corrected a miscalculation and approved it on the Tuesday (6 days) before the deadline. They can also only apparently order acrylic on wednesdays before noon or fridays, and wednesday was glossed over in this case which would have allowed for the deadline to be fulfilled had it not been. As it would have arrived by Friday and been printed on Monday rather than arriving Tuesday and printed on Wednesday with multiple issues, or at the very least given time to fix the issues that came up. They then tried to say I was talking to everyone but the person assigned to the project, including the front desk ladies, and that is why they were so confused about what needed to be done on my project, this was also untrue. So basically until I was factually able to prove with dates when it was that I had given them the work and that I had not asked the ladies at the front desk to make any changes, they had attempted to blame their coworkers, production, and myself, as well as straight out lie, to cover up for the mistakes made by one woman, Carlye Woodard. Which was simply not ordering the acrylic when she should have, and said she was going to. As well as assuming that they no longer needed to assemble one of the 10 pieces I ordered because I changed a completely separate piece, which I then had to assemble myself the day of install. Lastly someone put a wet print into the piece of acrylic I mentioned earlier, that then dried to it and had to be removed via citrasolve, which luckily did not damage the piece further. As stated before it did all work out and looked wonderful but I would caution you as to their efficiency and communication skills, you may need to babysit the whole process and if something goes wrong who knows who they will try to pin it on. I allotted three weeks of time to have my project done, and it was entirely printed two days after the deadline I set, the day before it needed to be hung in the gallery. When I had given them all of the files and specifications a full two weeks before, and told them if they had any questions or needed clarification on anything to let me know, which they chose not to do and resulted in a call at noon on the day they began printing (two and a half weeks later) asking me where half my files were.I gave a three because they did follow through to finish the job and worked with me on the final cost, were it not for that I would have given a one. For the excuses, the mismanagement, the way myself and my family members were treated by the two sales women we worked with, specifically my mother when she returned to pick up the last piece of my show that they had promised me would be delivered to the gallery and was not, and complete disregard for the deadline. It was unprofessional to say the least.
