Two weeks ago a major brake job was done on my 2003 Nissan Frontier. After the job it pulled to the right when braking, I took it back to ARC. Mike there told me the mechanic doing the job failed install the new pads they provided him and the old ones scored the newly installed rotors. They completely re-did the job new pads and rotors, apologized, didn't charge a penny. These guys are dead honest. I have recommended them in the past and I do now. Great, honest work. A rarity anymore.

Michael and the crew recently completed a great job on my niece's very-high-mileage Sierra pickup. I had the disadvantage of communicating with Michael from afar (I'm in CA) but he made the interaction very easy. I feel quite lucky because I found ARC Automotive via a simple web search. The truck was running very poorly when my niece brought it in. The original diagnosis was accurate and I felt comfortable with the additional items he found, once the engine was apart. Michael also suggested items (e.g., timing chain) that could be done without additional labor, just parts. Very happy with the process, nice to know a good shop in the area should my niece need additional work. I'm also comfortable with the online invoicing service they use (SquareUp)

WOW! So thankful for finding this place! Honest, reliable and friendly! Cars cost! Fact! However, finding an honest mechanic nowadays is nearly impossible! Don't have to look any further here they are! Call get your car fix here! I'm so glad my man found this place!

Five star service for sure! I can't recommend Marlon and his team enough for the quick turn they provided on our 2013 FJ Cruiser. We dropped the truck off on Thursday the day after Christmas and had the truck back by Friday. I expected a costly, drawn out repair as we had several codes identified in our app. Surprisingly enough, they quickly pinned the issue, ordered the part, made sure the codes all cleared, and were mindful of costs. They were up front and transparent during the process. Definitely honest and stand behind their work. Here is to Bronson and Marlon for bringing our FJ back to life. Thank you! Thank you!
