AQM Property Management

I was really bummed when I unexpectedly had to sell the house and move into a rental unit. But I have to say that Sam and Matt at AQM have made an unpleasant process as pain-free as possible! From scheduling a showing at the property, to lease signing, to getting the unit in perfect condition, it has all been a breeze. Sam and Matt are excellent communicators. They take the time to let me know exactly what is going on, and when. Their responses to all of my questions have been extremely thoughtful and kind. It has truly been first class service all the way.And, the folks they use for maintenance and their cleaning person are just as awesome. They communicate well, show up on time, and do an amazing job.AQM has turned an unpleasant situation into a truly positive experience.I really can't recommend them highly enough!

Highly recommend AQM property management. AQM was recommended by a coworker who has used them for years to manage multiple rental properties as well as buy and sell single family homes. My experience has been top notch as well. Happy tenants, happy owner, happy neighbors, happy buyers, win-win all around. Sam and Matt are professional, experienced, connected, transparent, responsive. What more could you ask for? Anyone who has owned rental property or sold a home knows that so many headaches can arise with real estate investments; from unexpected repairs, managing tenants, maximizing occupancy and return on investment, on and on. AQM is a management company that did not work for the property owner. When issues arised they were totally hands off. I do not recommend AQM to anyone.

After a truly horrific experience with another property manager, I'm so thankful to have found Sam and Matt. I live out of state and now have total peace of mind when it comes to the management of my two properties. These guys are timely in their responses to myself and my tenants, mindful of our budgets, and just really easy to work with overall. They are also very knowledgeable on NM state laws and make smart recommendations. The best in the biz.

AQM has done a fantastic job managing our rental property over the past 2 years. They ensure quality tenants and make sure they are complying with the terms of the rental agreement. I highly recommend using them if you have a home to rent.

I am forever grateful to Sam Shoshoo and Matt Martin at AQM! They, literally, were available 24/7. They answered every question and met with me whenever I needed. Even though they are both very busy, they were never too busy for me. They made me feel like I was their only client! I really do not believe I would have made it through this bumpy home buying experience without them. Financial was a nightmare and they advocated for me 100% of time. The best team out there for sure!

I am currently living in Las Vegas, and needed to rent out my house in Albuquerque. AQM was really nice in helping me through a special circumstance and are very professional!! Great property management company here in the city!
