I was charged $540 for dryer repair and they never came back. Said they had to order parts and I waited a long time and finally had to call someone else for repair. When I desputed the charge the manager called me and called me a foul name. I couldn't get the money refunded and so I lost the money.I won't ever use this company.

DO Not use these folks...They are crooks. First indication...they do not take credit cards so you have no recourse when they fail to produce service. When parts are ordered using fraudulent diagnostics and then cancelled the restock fee of 25% is applied when the part was never order. The "refund" of monies owed to the customer was never received after two months and multiupal contacts. This is a fraudulent business. DO NOT USE.SHOUD BE ZERO STARS!!!!Gary M.After a tense call initiated by the manager in response to my review, a check for the full refund was delivered to my home. The manager indicated a refund check had been previously initiated but was never received and the issue festered over a two month period. I would give no stars if possible. Had the Geeks come out in October for refrigerator problem. Two months later, the same problems show up. We have called numerous times (4) with no response. Each time, the phone message said they would call. CRICKETS!!!Don't use these guys. Use someone reputable.

My microwave needed to be repaired. Appliance geek, came out on October 31 and said they needed to order a part. I paid a deposit of 220$ for the $448 repair. The part was estimated to come in within three days. About three weeks later, I had to call and ask if they were going to fix my microwave . I was told that it was backordered and the manager told me that these things happen and gave me another estimated date for the part, which was for after Thanksgiving. When that day came, I had to call an and ask if appliance geeks were ready to fix my microwave. The lady on the phone said that the part was still delayed until January 9, so I asked her if she can give me a phone call if it was going to still be delayed. I called 10 days after and asked if I can speak to a manager and if I can get a refund I still have not gotten a call back from them. The communication with his company is not OK. I am still waiting for my money back and a phone call.

They collected a deposit then promised me part and repair Tuesday 11/13/23. Rescheduled for 11/14/23. Then tried to reschedule again on 11/14/23. They missed the appointment twice and attempted to reschedule for the 3rd time on a service order that they collected a deposit of $239.18 from me. Upon rescheduling (all 3 times) they said they did not receive part and cannot and will not guaranty they can come on the rescheduled date (11/16/23). I have important medication that must be refrigerated and was very frustrated and dissapointed, but we went all over town looking for that part. We finally found it. I called and talked to Joseph, the owner, and asked if they can be sure to come tomorrow and that I had the part. Also I wanted to emphasize that if tomorrow comes and they miss the appointment again I will demand all my money back including the diagnostic fee they charged due to failure to perform on time (3 times). It was a very reasonable demand. He was extremely rude, extremely unprofessional, said he did not want to do business with me, would refund my deposit, then hung up on me! I hope all consumers out there are aware of this unprofessional and terrible conduct and service. If I could give 0 star I would have. Next step to make sure consumers are aware is for me to file a complaint to the Better Business Bureau. In this economy I hope that business like this one will just go away.
