Worst property management company to work with. Do not use them!!! Any other property company would better support your needs. Had the longest wait on my application to just get told they rented it to someone else. Then called over a month on a property to have them turn around and say it's not actually available. List properties stated as available now but they are NOT actually available now to rent. Go elsewhere you will thank me and save your precious time!!

This is the Worst of them all .... trust me I hade 2 houses they tried to Manage ...only BS not trust worthy...They never kept my update.... only tok my money and left a "mess" .....

Awful management company. I had several rental homes that they managed. The properties were not kept in good shape. They were good at collecting rents but my homes were left in a complete mess by tenants that I expected the management company to make sure didn't happen. Walls had holes in them, animal feces and urine everywhere, cigarette burns on walls and floors.

Terrible. Dishonest and totally undiscerning. I fired them before a tenant even came in. I went 3 weeks with only one picture on allllll the sites they touted they use!!! Here I am thinking I was hiring a management company to handle things for me! No wonder I had no viewings. They also give the keys out with no accompaniment with prospects to view houses. In Albuquerque, the caliber of folks makes it necessary to make sure they don't copy the keys and come back to squat. When I called the owner and told her about this situation, she denied that there were no pictures out there. She did so even though I sent 5 screen shots of major rental sites with only one photo. No apology. No ownership in the problem. Nothing at all. No ethics. No accountability. Avoid them. I rented my place out myself two days after firing them with quality tenants and no fees to a near worthless management company

AMMRE services are terrible! I used there service for 1 year. They were good at collecting monthly rent from the tenant but they sucked at everything else. I as the landlord had to manage the property properly myself, i.e. do inspections, maintenance, and handle tenant complaints. As I requested help from them to do a better job, I could hardly get a hold of them and they always made excuses to why they sucked so much. AMMRE was waste of money!

We have used ammre off and on for many years. They have found us great tenants with very short downtime. They are easy to work with and always quick to respond to our requests. If our tenants need something, ammre let's us know and has vendors ready to go. They are also flexible if we want to use our own vendor or fix the issue ourselves. They direct deposit the rent into our account which is very convenient.

Completely dishonest company. Kept my security deposit for no reason. Stay away. Made up excuses about the condition of the house after giving me a clean checkout.

We purchased a home in Placitas a number of years ago, intending to live there part of the year after retirement. In the interim, we rented the home and were very fortunate to have AMMRE manage it. AMMRE did a very job finding quality tenants and John Kekar did a magnificent job managing the property -- always proactive and on the ball, he seemed to excel at averting potential catastrophes. When our circumstances changed and we realized that it was unlikely that we would live in Placitas in the near future, we decided to list the home. I was winter at the time and we didn't expect to see much action until Spring. John Kekar was our broker during the sale, and again did a magnificent job, selling the home in record time

Absolutely Unprofessional company. We are from out of town and finally found a house we wanted to rent but we're told we had to wait to apply in person. Well someone else applied hours before getting to the office and then afterwards the manager Andrea told me we could have emailed it in but too bad and that it's not their fault. They didn't even offer to let us apply if the other persons application fell through. I know that the market right now is crazy and companies have to do minimal to find a renter but they were completely rude and couldn't care less about the individual. I even started crying while trying to figure out what our options were and she hung up on me. As a business they should know that word of mouth marketing is still the best form of marketing. As a matter of fact we were referred to them but now will tell those people and everyone else we encounter to steer clear of this company. If they don't care about people in the begin of getting they certainly aren't going to glare about you as a renter or home owner.

They have the worst customer service skills. Through out three years of dealing with them all I got was my house torn up, unkept, baseboards broken, walls messed up, weeds every where, and charged for services that were never performed. I will never trust this company for anything again. Shame on me for giving them chance after chance. Even trying to reason with them they are rude and unresponsive to any requests.
