Amazing Jumps Tents & Events

I have had an incredibly frustrating experience with this company. Or should I say 'companies,' because apparently "Amazing Jumps, Tents and Events" and "NM Party Rentals" are the same company. To get straight to the point - Do not use either of these companies. Not only are these two companies the same, but the city only lists 4 approved jumper companies and "Amazing Jumps, Tents and Events" is listed as one, but "NM Party Rentals" isn't. It all seems really sketchy. I contacted this company for a quote through their website. Quickly I received the quote in my email, but then soon after received a contract, even though I didn't approve the quote. About a day later I received the contract again. It felt incredibly pushy, especially since I actually needed the quote amended. I responded to the email asking for a different jumper and some very simple questions about the contract. I received no response. I called the company multiple times and finally got a hold of a woman who seemed bothered to be dealing with me but told me that my questions went to Bobby Aragon (I assume the owner?) and he didn't have time to answer so she gave me her email. I forwarded my email to her and never received a response. I called again, no one answered, but then I got a text saying they could talk through text. When I responded that I needed my questions answered, I received no reply.I called again and finally got ahold of the same woman as before. I calmly explained that I had a very frustrating experience and that I needed some explanation and reassurance about why my experience had been this way before I felt comfortable signing a contract. She rudely asked if I had any questions about the jumpers and pushed that I had the contract so what was the problem. I tried multiple times to explain to her that I didn't want to move forward until I was reassured that I could trust this company. She then seemed to fake taking another call and then attempted a very unconvincing apology. I told her that I'd like to speak to the owner about my experience before moving forward and she said she would pass it along to the owner. If I receive a call from the owner to change my experience, I will update this review. But until then, I would NOT recommend either "Amazing Jumps, Tents and Events" nor "NM Party Rentals." In searching for a jumper I also talked to https://cloud5jumpers.com/ and https://jump4funabq.com/ and they were incredibly helpful and pleasant to talk to.

We are a local construction company (Projects Unlimited) and shopping local is what it's all about. When our son decided to get married we thought of the kids Giving them hours of fun in the jumper while the rest of the guest enjoyed the party! Amazing jumps showed up on time, respectful workers, and a pleasure to work with! One worker stood out FRANK! Thank you for making our big day a success! Romero Family

Cancelled one hour before event because "glitch in the system" / booked another person and booked us during that same time frame. Note, we had made a deposit and were charged. Yes we were refunded a couple days after they cancelled on us, however don't plan your party or event around said rentals. You might be disappointed.

AMAZING! I will look no further when I need tables, chairs or anything else for an event. I needed 63 tables and 250 chairs and they set up everything and picked up everything promptly. The service was great. So happy!

We booked a boince house for a church trunk or treat. The company was super easy to book, pay, and communicate with. The delivery crew was friendly and helpful. We will definitely use them again.

Amazing Jumps is the best! Consent and website online easy and quick. Customer service is excellent and follow through on your order. Set up by friendly and outstanding staff. I plan to order often from Amazing Jumps. Price was very reasonable for the quality of service and excellent condition of the slide. Highly recommend!

I have used them twice, each time for tables and chairs. The booking process is easy and prices are fair. You do need to make sure you have tablecloths for the tables. They communicate with you via text. The young men who delivered and picked up were prompt and easy to work with.

Poor customer support when it comes to adjusting time. Price increases when you ask for more time but prices stays the same when you try to reduce time of rental. Beware of making sure you do not make any changes in time as they will not work with you on prices and will demand amount on contract even if you had rental for less time.On a second note, big SubZero waterside was fun for some but not everyone. It has sharp edges near slide edges somewhere because kiddos got a few scrapes and burns coming down slide. The steepness of the slide I feel is too steep as you almost drop straight down and really fast with out control and slam into the water below which is not really deep to catch your head before it slams into the ground below. I have a bump on my head that is still sore 5 days later! Frankly not worth the money! Rent with caution.

Terrible rental experience. Website says free delivery in ABQ and Rio Rancho, but they charge $50 and don't honor the website error. Rental delivered 45 mins past the contracted start time, and over two hours past the end of the delivery window they communicated. I had to call repeatedly to have the rental picked up, which they finally retrieved 3 days later. Again I requested the delivery fee be waived in light of the horrible service, and again they said no.
