Lovely atmosphere and friendly staff. We really enjoyed the duck and lamb. Shout out to Anthony who went above and beyond!

AMAYA is absolutely a gem. We dinned here for two days as we were snow bound on the week of November 9, 24. We are frequent visitors to Santa Fe and the menu options, execution, presentation and cuisine are remarkable!! The service in spite of reduced staff due to the weather was incredibly on point. The dinning room is spacious and the scenery was incredibly beautiful, winter wonderland!!

PThe food here is exceptionally good. My salmon was cooked to perfection. The service was stellar. Lady was a sweet heart. The ambiance is fabulous with native art all through out the Hotel. I loved the wooden flute music at dinner. I could feel the stress roll off my shoulders. We stopped by the bar in the afternoon for beer and a nosh. Misty was great. I tried some butter squash soup . . . Delicious.

A hidden gem. Prompt, friendly staff and a wood fireplace. We each had a breakfast, lunch, and dinner here while staying 3 nights at hotel. All meals were very good, and much more than expected at a hotel. If you are expecting hotel food, it is not that! Appetizers, steak, scallops, pork tenderloin, and southwestern items and more on the dinner menu. We had wonderful Angus burgers for lunch (they have bison too!) and eggs Benedict for breakfast.

Nice indoor/outdoor space. The staff are really friendly and accommodating. Good food.I happened to come during happy hour (4-6pm), so the wings and cocktail were both on special.

I love Hotel Santa Fe and everyone forgets it's there , the best kept secret in SF . Amaya has a bunch of great dishes (love the enchilada , my fav in SF) the lamb chops ! the Picaris Salad , all Yumyum ! Also the restaurant is so charming and the fireplace is always roaring ! great drinks too and the Spa is awesome! Best massage in SF !

While staying at Hotel Santa Fe, arriving later in the evening we defaulted to dinner here. Nothing terribly wrong with the food, but nothing terribly right, actually wrong forThe prices, , definitely no reason to dine more than once or if you just need sustenance while staying at the property. Buffalo Green chili burger- flavorless and under cooked Chicken pot pie- ya mama makes better Crème brûlée- over baked, pulling from the edges, curdled and weeping - we sent back

We made Valentine's Day reservations at Amaya 2 weeks ago .We arrived early and waited in the bar enjoying the ambience When we checked in for our reservation they said we couldn't be accommodated as there were no free tables. They told us we could get on a waiting list along with others who also had reservations and couldn't be accommodated ! A lot of upset people tonight .Extremely disappointing and very badly managed

I have eaten many times at Amaya in the last 13 years and have never had any problems. Food , service have always been good and making me anxious to return. Regrettably my last meal was probably my last.It was Christmas Day, crowded , staffing was poor. The food was cold and not at all tasty.. I realize it was a busy holiday. The price of the meal was not worth what we were served . I was unable to have the dessert as I am lactose intolerant and was given some unripe pineapple which was uneaten. The staff was unhelpful and all in all the three of us were totally disappointed.

Wonderful food and service! And live music performance in the bar that we truly enjoyed. Very nice and accommodating staff.
