Altitude

Was driving by saw this place, just dropped in. Joseph met me at the door, checked my ID, then asked how can I help. I explained what I had used in the past, showed him what I had used in the past. Instead of just saying we don't carry that, he look at data on tub, was then able to break down it's content. After listening to my needs (biggest being sleeping) he recommended the best products for me. He also took the time to explain best ways to take the sleep edibles, precautions, proper care. To cap it off: Great customer service Great prices Veterans discount I could shop at three other places before getting to this place, but due to Joseph's customer service I will only take my business here. Thanks

So I'm a recent transplant from CA and this has been the only dispensary in NM (Abq & Santa Fe) that has consistent quality flower. Prices are good and good selection. Just wishing NM would stop with the capped mg's so I can finally get strong edibles again. Try the strawberry lemonade taffy it's really good!

So there are three things about this business. Quality of product- Here it is excellent and I want this to be as fair as possible so it's a 5 out of 5.Availability of product - This store never has in place what is needed. I have wanted to go in for the key lime edibles. They haven't had them the last 4 times I went in and asked for them. Supply chain issues are a thing to a degree but this was totally unacceptable to me. It's really bad if you go to shop somewhere for a SPECIFIC PRODUCT AND IT IS NOT IN STOCK!!!!! Supply chain issues don't explain a specific product always being out of stock.Kind of staff - Completely piss poor attitudes from the staff Members. If they were my employees they would be fired. Seriously if management is looking at this, your employees need an attitude adjustment.I have finally decided to shop somewhere else because of the terrible product stocking and the piss poor attitudes of the staff. Overall it's a 2 out of 5 which is a shame because the location is so convenient.

I had a very different experience than the other two. A disconnected budtender. A nice shop. Adequate selection. The best thing is viewing/sniffing jars. Similar to CO. However, I have been watching since they opened. Their prices on flower are JUST NOW becoming competitive. $12 to $13 a gram. The only strain of note: Peanutbutter Breath. Picked up a gram of Arise. First thing I noticed, moisture content over 12%. Average is 6 to 8%. Twice as much water as needed for vaporization. Means your paying for water. Last but certainly not least, concentrates. 100% more costly than ANY other dispensary. Average gram $50. Written the email account concerning this, never heard back. Expressed concern over their pricing, same response. So, no response, gets you a Yelp review, you might not appreciate.

The best dispensary in NM! All of the staff is incredibly kind and knowledgeable on any questions you might have. I feel beyond welcomed every time I'm in there, cannot recommend a better place than Altitude!!
