Worst management team I have been associated with. 4ft Pot hole in drive way that has been there for over 6 months.There is little to no assistance for vandalism in parking lot but the they employ some shackle company to unlawfully boot cars.They charge for trash valet but do not pick up trash for over 120 days out of the year.I have been there for over 10 years and this is the worst management team I have seen and will not be renewing. Save your money for someplace nicer.

Management is very unprofessional and uneducated they disrespect residents I currently live here and it is the worst experience ever 1500 a month isn't worth the headache. Being harassed due to a certain ethnicity is the worst feeling ever. DONT MOVE HERE ITS HORRIBE BIGGEST MISTAKE EVER.

Horrible. Worst rental company out there. While the grounds are beautiful and the marketing is fantastic there are many areas to be wary: there is not 24 hr maintenance and any work requests will likely take weeks to months to complete. The guys are nice but over worked and spread thin. We went without a working kitchen sink for over a week and when you pay 2.5K a month in rent it stings. Sinks and toilets are constantly backing up. Toilet seats broken, moldy washer. Closet doors never worked or stayed on the tracks and the outdoor lights on our block were out for months despite work requests. Year-round pool is freezing and you'll catch a wire in the foot from the cleaning tools that we repeatedly asked to be replaced with rubber. Finally, if they talk you into the non-refundable deposit, watch out!--they will still take you for what they can in the end and charge up more after move out, exceeding what would have been the alternative $750 or $1000 refundable deposit. We left a clean and undamaged apartment after 7 mo. and I am still flabbergasted by the extra charges they added after move out--especially after they let me live in a junky falling apart apartment the entire time while paying luxury prices. I was patient while there trying to get maintenance requests filled because I understand staffing issues are hard--but the last straw is the move-out tactics and it is disgusting that you expect a standard from tenants moving out that you do not provide in the beginning when moving in. Save a headache and avoid this deceitful company.

We have lived here since May and are very disappointed. Apparently management has changed and it has gone downhill. There are two pools and one has been closed since we moved here and one is closed frequently for one reason or another. It is currently been green with algae for three days now. So disgusting. I would not move here again. We are moving at end of month. Pool is always full of bugs also.

Don't rent here! I ignored the negative reviews and started the application process because I liked the area. I knew about the inflated credit check amount of $60 per person upon applying but was unaware of an additional $175 administration fee for simply applying. That's nearly $300 for myself and my husband on the lease... just to apply, which was never mentioned. They will lie about it, as they will do anything to to get you in an apartment. When we were told that we had to pay and additional $175 to reserve the apartment and upon viewing the apartment, we decided we didn't want to reserve. We told them we didn't want the apartment. Several days later we were told via mail they were going to take us to collections and continue to try to collect the debt. Lindsey the manager wouldn't even give us her email address in order to have a written documentation with her about this issue. When we asked for the corporate number she hung up on us. There's something very shady about a manager not wanting to give out her work email or give their corporate info. We spoke to the NM attorney generals office who looked at their application and they concurred that there was nothing in the terms or conditions about any additional fees. Also, don't trust the pictures; the disparity was astounding. The term "luxury" apartment is extremely misleading. And good luck finding parking. Do yourself a favor and don't even apply.

If there was a 1/10 of a star this would still be too much of a rating. I was an occupant for over 4 years. I never complained nor asked for unreasonable things. When I moved out, the manager refused to give me a walk-through. I left my apartment spotless. I gave my keys on Aug. 31, 2020 and thought I was clear without owing any additional charges. And then the email came stating I owed another $476. I disputed the charges. Scuffs and simple patched on 2 walls they did not consider wear and tear. Other things that if I would have done the walk through together, I would have removed like shelf paper that I left for the next tenant. I spent over $30 to get the high quality /not contact paper. Other things were just outrageous. They even charged me for cleaning of carpet in which with the COVID they needed to sanitize anyway. They said I left a coffee cup. UNBELIEVEABLE! I guess they get away with this because most tenants have their rent paid by companies. On the other hand am a senior citizen and also handicapped. I was not able to use the pool nor the hot tub which I needed for my back issues. This place would not even consider to reduce rent over the last 6 months I lived there. I rented this apartment because of the amenities and when I asked if they would reduce the rent the manager said the apartment is rented not the amenities. Management keeps changing. The rent is too high. Stay away from this place. I did file a complaint with the Attorney General of the State of New Mexico. I would encourage others to do the same.
