Alpha Septic Tank

Great company to work with! I have been using their services for almost two years now and very satisfied. It's a great family business and I prefer to support small local businesses over the large chains. I have talked with Michelle in the office and she is always pleasant and friendly and Scott and Tyler have been to my house to service my septic system. Both are very friendly and down to earth. I would highly recommend this company and I think you will be satisfied.

Called this company to pump my septic tank and they CANCELLED 3 hours after the fact. I talked with Scott and he really didn't care about leaving a customer high and dry when they needed this service! They have very poor customer service and are very very rude!! At least they could schedule me the next day since ahead of other appointments but they refused again to do so they said if they have time --Very bad company! Do not do business with these people!

Called in a panic as we had my family here visiting from out of town and then water starts coming up in the shower and toilets!!! Had called around other places but everyone was too busy...they were busy here too but were kind enough to work us in a couple hours later that same day! Tyler came out and got right to work, it was a lot of digging and finding the problem...the filter that was full...he was so helpful and did such a great job can't say enough good things about him and the company, which he said is a family business. Don't hesitate to call them for help with your septic system, I'm sure glad I did!!!
