Very friendly and they did a great job on my roof. I wanted to rate them 5 stars, but can't because they broke the drain to my refrigerated air and didn't fix it. I had to have it fixed. Also, they used scrap material on my shed in the back. I was going to complain, but I just let it go.

I had them put New Shingles on the Roof 2015/2016 and they destroyed all my Gutters, I complained and was Given a $500 back to do the Work myself, in 2017 when I went to Winterize my Swamp Cooler and there was a good 3 to 4" seperation from Cooler to Duct Work, the Base is about 6" away from duct and all Original Screws are missing, they did not Secure the Base to Roof or Connection to Duct Work, piss poor Work ethic and none of the Workers could speak English.

Do not do business with these people. AVOID at all costs. Terrible customer service. Very bad workmanship. Simply shady.

Allstate Roofing replaced our homes roof 4 1/2 years ago. Our home was a 7-year-old custom home built when Allstate installed the roof due to hail damage. We have lost endless days waiting for no shows on scheduled repairs as well as actual repairs to virtually every room in our home from the more than 25 leaks/repairs since installation as the result of Allstate's roof installation. Since the roof was installed Mr. Horner, Allstate Roofing owner has told me that he would not fix anything unless it's leaking and this is what it looks like. The warranty will be up in June 2019 the leaks, mismatch of colors, all the patches and ripples throughout, it doesn't have the appearance of a 4 1/2-year-old roof. The roof looks like 20 years plus as you can see in the attached pictures.

I called to set up a time for a quote on some roofing repairs I need at my home. The young lady I spoke to at the office was very pleasant. I apologize I don't remember her name. She took my information and said someone would call me to set up a time. That same afternoon Carlos called me to set up a time that would work to come by the house and give us an estimate. We set the appointment for 01/24/2019 at 11:30. I made sure my dad would be home so he could shoe Carlos what we wanted done. At about 3 pm, Carlos called and said he had been unable to get by my house. He stated he could go over there in about 30-40 minutes and I stated my dad was home so that would work. When I got home from work, my dad said no one ever stopped by. I have not heard back from anyone and now I don't wish to. I will find another company to do the repairs. Not impressed at all.Thanks

This owner has had a few different businesses in the past decade. Those warranties he had promised are no longer valid. He is the kind of business that everyone warns about. Here today, gone tomorrow. Do not be his victim. His warranties sound good, But once he closes and opens up under a new name, you will not be covered anymore. I do not understand how these people are able to get away with this.
