Gentleman showed up exactly when he said he would and fixed my dishwasher. It was $160 for the service call.

Steve was great. We thought worst case for dishwasher. Steve did his magic re-sent and it worked good as new. No parts needed. He replaced the solenoid on our ice maker and it's good to go. Prompt and timely. Highly recommend.

Alliance Appliance came today to fix my dishwasher under a warranty claim. Steve, the repair person who came to help me was awesome. Punctual, efficient and very nice. He fixed my dishwasher in about 45 minutes. I'm very please with their service. I cannot comment on their prices as this was a warranty claim, however the service was excellent.

Fantastic service. Steve is very kind, he arrived on time, knew what parts we needed and once the parts came in, he came back and was done within an hour. Very knowledgeable and not expensive, I would use them anytime I need an appliance repair. Great!

Steve and his son were great to work with. They showed up on time. They were able to fix my dryer but unfortunately it was trial and error with our washer. The washer was not agitating. They tried to fix the obvious issue first by recalibration, then they replaced the control board on the second visit, but the washer still was not agitating consistently and it turned out to be a wiring problem. We decided that it would be best to invest in a new washer because we got the current one used to begin with. Steve senior was honest about the work it might take to find the wiring issue and stated it might be better to refund our payment for the parts that he ordered because the washer was not worth the price of fixing. I am giving 5 stars because I appreciated the honesty. Most companies would have milked the issue for every penny and charged us labor for every visit. They were polite throughout the process despite the hassle of having to call them back twice. They showed up when they said they would and charged a fair price. I appreciate their integrity and how they run their business. Despite my washer not getting fixed I can tell they have plenty of experience with fixing appliances and I will call them back in the future if my appliances are being disagreeable.

The repair technician showed up on time and was able to identify the problem and explain the necessary repairs. He make the appropriate repair in a timely fashion and the washer is now working better than ever. All at a fair price and with explanations. Wonderful!

Great service. Was on time and squeezed me in to fix our refridgerator. Price was fair and gave us information on how to avoid the problem in the future.

Steve's service was fantastic! He fixed our microwave for a very reasonable cost and the estimate was done and microwave fixed in less than a week! We will definitely call Alliance Appliance again.
