The apartment itself is nice a bit small and a few fit and finish construction issues, but overall nice. 4th floor balcony view of the Sandia Mountains are great. The gym has very limited mirrors which is odd since most gyms have at least a few full length mirrors, but this gym only has a few and they are all only good to see your upper torso and above. The Pool and Hot Tub are both nice. Now for the bad.The water pressure is sooooooo low. My shower only delivers about 1.1 gallons per minute. The shower heard is low flow and designed to deliver 1.75 gallons per minute. I removed the low flow restriction apparatus which did not really improve the water flow. I suspect the problem is two fold low pressure from the city and hot water is delivered from the third floor. I have asked and they said there is nothing they can do. This is shameful considering the price of these units. The units and all gates/doors are only opened by way of an app or entering code.

I love this apartment complex!! It is a new complex that just came to Albuquerque and it is beautiful! Truly high-end! It's all indoors (think like a nice hotel), which feels safer because you don't have to go outside to check your mail, etc. the fitness center is beautiful, the apartments are amazing and the people in the leasing office are so nice and professional.On the day we went to look at the apartments, the leasing agent was Kendall! Super nice! The apartments all have smart locks so you open your door with a code on your Apple Watch or through an app on your phone! Reminded me of being back home in the Bay Area! Even the neighbors were nice! I happened to meet people the day I was there to view the apartment. They have heated pools, gated community, I even saw the maintenance lady mopping the hallways! Very new, clean and lovely property! It is on the pricier side but if you are looking for truly upscale living, this is the place! I ended up choosing something else (price) but if I could , I would have definitely chosen this complex!

The apartment building is newer and was really nice in the beginning.However, it has been plagued by continuous gate malfunctioning and a very poor housekeeping maintenance ( including urine and feces in the elevator and halls). Pets have not been properly vetted either, there has been a recent Pit Bull attack on one of the residents with a nasty bite requiring treatment.On 1/12/25 more than 7 cars were vandalized and ignition destroyed while the gates were open and inoperational, despite the management being aware of the issues.This apartment is not safe, think twice before considering renting here.

Unsafe, Dishonest, Misleading..They selling point of this apartment building was that it was "luxurious", in a "safe area" and that is was a gated community. The gate breaks on average once every 6-8 weeks and the average time to get it fixed is 7-10 days at a time. One of those times, my car, along with 13 others were broken into, vandalized and rendered inoperational. this was probably after 7 days of us receiving an email from the leasing office that they were aware the gate was broken and will work on fixing it. surprisingly, after the incident, the gate got fixed in about 30 minutes on a Sunday. I was later made aware that this was not an isolated incident and it happened at least one other time. When we went to the leasing office to talk about all of this and how we pay an average of more than 500 dollars/month more than surrounding apartment complexes, the manager literally said "you pay for the illusion of security" and then he pulls out the leasing contract where the fine print says the apartment complex is not liable for damages but also is not obligated to provide any security measures or fix lights or fix gates.Other than that, no parking allowed for visitors, extremely weak water pressure, not really clean, HVAC unit is super loud, the gyms equipment is cheap and poorly maintained, the pool is often filthy.When I moved in, I found out the showers drain was completely plugged on day one, I submitted a maintenance request and it took 2 weeks to fix because the "maintenance guy was taking some time off" and the at I should " just use my other shower"
