All Weather roofing did a *superb* job re-roofing our 1960's era home. Jim Bishop and the rest of the team put in significant time planning, answering questions, and providing us guidance on all aspects of the project, which turned out to be highly complex. The job included tearing off ~6 previous layers of roof, back to the T&G decking, and building a well-insulated, tapered ISO / TPO system from 'scratch'. Jim Bishop came highly recommended to me from a friend. She was not wrong; Jim was outstanding. I was making these roofing arrangements from California, on behalf of a family member, so I was not on site to make sure things went well. Jim was very prompt in getting an estimate to me when he said he would. He coordinated with me and the owner, as to when he would arrive, work the job, complete the job, and how I would make payment to him. Very good at keeping me apprised of progress throughout the job and sending me the invoice and warranty information in a timely manner. There was a slight problem with the cable TV not working at the end of the job and he promptly made sure it got taken care of, I believe within a few hours or less. Although I didn't get to personally meet Jim, I would highly recommend him to anybody based on my communications with him.

Would not recommend this company at all if you have to have sheeting replaced. The shingles were installed nicely but the critical part was done very poorly. The replacement sheets they installed were not secured properly and beginning to fail. Starting to have leaks now and roof is not even 4 years old. The roof jacks they used are extremely cheap and need replacing due to wrapping and not secured very well. I would of had it inspected by insurance but no one would come out due to covid and it's not fun crawling in my attic but looked like it was done right on the outside. Called them to ask about the leaks and got told they'll give me a quote to fix it, which a new roof should last longer then that before issues. Now I have to pay about 2/3 the cost of replacing the roof to have it fixed right. Seems like they don't care about their work and blow you off. They also tore my yard up and damaged some stuff around the house as well which I made them replace.

We had All Weather replace our roof with TPO and they did an excellent job. We were very happy with their estimate, work product and cleanup but the customer service provided by Samantha was outstanding. She kept us informed throughout the process and worked seamlessly with our insurance company. Great Company!

Can't recommend HIGHLY enough!!! Great response to multiple questions texted to Irving before job even done. No high pressure sales. Questions answered super quick & honestly. No up sell! Other companies I researched gave bs estimates (tried to convince me they were bending over backwards for me when really up-selling on some things while skimping on other things - read written estimates CAREFULLY!!!!). Priced REALLY well!Did work carefully, efficiently! Impeccable clean-up after: got EVERY nail & were on hands/knees in bushes to pick up little pieces of plastic debris. REALLY EXCELLENT all way around!!!!!

While their roofing capabilities seem to be marginally adequate, their care for anything else is lacking. They drove their truck over my yard dislodging landscape rocks, destroying flagstone walkway and breaking sprinklers. Their resolution was to give me $100 for my trouble.The first rain there was a leak and I also found that roof caps weren't screwed back on. They sent a semi mobile guy who didn't to think to bring a drill or caulking gun. I watched in astonishment as he struggled to smear calking on with his hand and I replaced the screws myself.Although they gave me a decent price it is highly doubtful that I would even bother get an estimate from them again much less use them for my next roof. The damage they caused more than made up for anything I saved by going with the lower price.Think Twice Before You Use Them

Roofing company ripped/kicked satellite dish off the roof when they started. Left dish swinging off the side of the roof by the coax for 2 days. When they left they laid the dish back down on the roof without reinstalling, I had to pay Direct to come out and reinstall. Lazy work, I won't use them again.
