I don't even know where to begin. Well I'll just say DO NOT! Use this company they don't know what there doing and will give you an invoice with no dollar amount and you won't find out how much they charged for there terrible work until it's taken out of your account.we had one worker come out and look at three units charged $800 and didn't fix anything.we complained one of the owners came a tried to fix one of our reach ins and just cam e a cut all the connecting tins and wires. So we had another repairman come and he fixed it in 30 minutes and asked who the hell worked on this before him and said don't hire those guys again.

We got hosed by this company. Refrigerator in garage was leaking water, guy came, removed a plug, here for less than 45 minutes... $249.95 plus tax. More leaking. The same guy came back, said it's due to being on an uneven floor. (It was in same spot.) He wouldn't adjust level, that's up to us.Worst service ever. Turn around and run.

Would give zero stars if I could. They misdiagnosed our fridge's issue, took 3 weeks and $2400 to "fix it." 8 months later the fridge stopped working again and their response was "someone else" broke it. Their management is not responsive and does not seem to have the customer nor quality of service as their priority. Do not recommend.

We have used all tech five or six times over the past 10 or 15 years. Gene has always been our service tech. We have always been very pleased by the quick response and repair time. Gene has always been pleasant, efficient, and at times has gone beyond the necessary repair. If the need were to arise, we would not hesitate to use them again and request Gene as our tech.

I called to have the cold water dispenser line hooked back up. It had been off line for years. It was not leaking and the Sub Zero freezer and ice maker were working fine.Gene "fixed" it. He did not report any other problems and he hooked up the line which is located next to the compressor. Soon after, water leaked from the top. Nate found the valve to be faulty and said Gene should have checked for leaks before leaving. Nate found condensation on the coils, next to the faulty/leaking valve. The very thick white frost covered all of the coils and could not be missed-It looked like the inside of an ice box. "That will be $2,900 for a new compressor."It took 3 trips to get the freezer to get to temp. Now there is no ice. New icemaker $400 but no labor charge (guilt?).I asked, How is it possible for the compressor and ice maker to go out at the very same time that Gene "fixed" the cold water dispenser line. After several non answers I began calling the shop and the techs. Finally Nate admitted that the damage to the compressor and the ice maker could have been caused by the leaking valve since it is right next to the compressor. The owner refused to return my calls.I will post the outcome of SCC.

This was the most terrible experience we have ever had with appliance repair, hands down. Be warned.. they diagnosed issue quickly and did order the part for our fridge quickly, and from there the service got terrible. The part we were told would arrive most likely in couple days, but they quoted 7 to be safe. After 7 days called, and they said part was on truck for delivery that day (being delivered to All-Tech). We heard same story for most of the next 12 days! We were without a refrigerator for 19 days and they cared less. Finally my wife was so upset she got them to send the tracking number. We discovered there were two weather related issues (2 of 16 days where delivery failed) in delivering, then there was a bad address day (1 of 16), then there was business closed delay (delivery was attempted to business at 4:30pm but was found to be closed) and many and likely rest of the days that showed delivery was attempted. Finally we intervened to make sure they didn't close their office before the delivery and magically our part arrived the next day! After more than two weeks of failed deliveries! And when we talked to company they didn't care less we were without a refrigerator for 19 days and had zero urgency to help, and refused any responsibility and didn't offer to make it right. And to make matters worse I looked up part and I could have ordered it on Amazon, and shipping was free! And to add insult to injury they charged me $1,130.64 for the job when I could have bought the part for $500 and had it delivered to my house in two days. And the install is as simple as open a drawer, plug in new part and connect the ground wire. And to add final insult the guy that installed the part didn't even bother to hook up the ground wire. Check out install job below! My wife said he arrived and left with couple minutes! According to my figures we paid about $100/minute in labor! Not kidding. This place is a sham and the owner should be ashamed. My wife talked to owner and they could care less with making it right.

On June 17,2020, I called All Tech because the fan in my refrigerator went out. I was charged $361.25, which I reluctantly paid. Later I contacted home advisor and was given an estimate of $170. I feel All Tech way overcharged me. The invoice I was given didn't break down parts and labor. I called All Tech to get a break down of parts and labor and they couldn't provide me with that information.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. We have waited over 3 weeks for a part to arrive which was guaranteed to arrive on with 5-7 days. We called repeatedly and after 3 weeks we still do not have the part. I would give them 0 stars for customer service and nonexistent communication.

MONEY MONEY 1st and foremost this company is concerned with. I booked an appointment to look at my refrigerator I was asked to leave a deposit over the phone which would go towards repairs if I chose to do, however it wasn't until she already had my credit card number that I was informed it was a nonrefundable deposit. Gene comes out looks at the refrigerator we go outside while writing up a receipt he asked for more money to order the part OK makes sense so I'm all in about $260 at this point. Gene never explained what he discovered was wrong with the refrigerator he was more concerned about playing with a road runner in my yard then explaining to me the problem he found, day of repairs Gene comes out installs the thermostat I let him know that I was disappointed with his unprofessionalism and explain to him he never told me what was wrong, how long the warranty is for repairs with the refrigerator he said it was down here in writing I said I understand that I read that for myself so hopefully the $360 turns out to be a good investment instead of replacing the refrigerator and let's hope Genes mechanical skills are better than his communication skills or attention span. being Hearing impaired I guess the office help using speakerphone which made me keep asking her to repeat herself so I struggled with a lot of the information. in closing I Intentionally wrote a check for the balance and this was the most excited I ever saw Gene he exclaimed OUR COMPANY DOESN'T accept checks I said of course not because you want guaranteed funds, I said don't Challenge my character my checks are good
