If I could rate All in the Wrist 10 stars, I would!I wouldn't go to any other mechanic. ! I thought my car was breaking down and I was expecting to pay lay least $1000-$2000. Turns out it was just a simple fix that only cost me $100. If I had taken my car anywhere else, I'm sure they would have preyed on my ignorance of mechanical things and charged me the most they could, but All in the Wrist didn't. Molly and her crew have my business for life and anyone I've referred to her feels the same.

Molly and her team are always friendly, honest and professional. Great to see a shop that's run by a woman, and without the macho attitude you sometimes get at other places. From simple oil changes to major suspension work, she's kept my Dodge Caravan in tip-top shape. Highly recommended!

Took truck in for engine repairs and some suspension work. Molly and her staff did not have the proper equipment to finish the work on my truck and I was not informed of their lack of equipment needed to perform their advertised services. Very soon after I picked up my truck I was contacted by a very rude insurance agent claiming that I was responsible for damages caused by me in my truck. Very long story short, Molly and her staff wrecked my truck while test driving it AND DID NOT BOTHER TO TELL ME! I spent hours on the phone with insurance companies before realizing the date on the police report showed that my truck was in this shop for service! Very unprofessional! DO NOT TRUST ANY OF THEM! And to top it all off, I've had to take my truck to a real mechanic to fix their mistakes and finish the job. I would leave my truck broken down on the side of the road in the desert before I called all in the wrist! DISGUSTED!

Finally, A place a woman can trust to fix her car! No hassle, just the truth and good work to be found here. Molly and her gang of car fixers do wonders on my ride. What kind of car is it you are wondering? It is silver thing! That is all I know; but I do know when I am getting good honest service! I have been here several times with some small things and some large and the results have always been the same excellent service and great prices. This place is a find!

This is an amazing place to take your car. Very knowledgeable mechanics. I was stranded in Albuquerque and this shop not only fixed the one leak I had but also addressed other leaks that needed my attention. I also digged that fact that they rethread some screws and explained to me in plain English the parts that needed fixing. Very professional down to earth place to take your car k strongly recommend it!

This all-woman run auto repair is trustworthy and reliable. My car ran great afterwards. I love this place, and that women are taking their rightful place in the car repair business. I trust women more than men not to screw me over. Women try harder because they have to in order to compete--not fair but true. These people know their stuff.

I took my Yaris in for a belt change. The work was completed in the timeframe I was told it would be completed. My car runs great! I appreciate the honest service and no BS environment. They are in business to get your vehicle back on the road!

I took my car to the previous owner of the shop for many years and was totally satisfied with their work. I decided to give Mollie, the new owner, a try. In most professional auto mechanic shops today they use software to provide you a standard pricing estimate for specific work, ie spark plug replacement, timing belt replacement, etc based on industry averages. Mollie's estimated cost was $800 less than the dealer, which did not surprise me and I was pleased to hear. From experience I expect the actual work to increase by up to 10% due to parts and labor overruns. Shops always up-sale other services once they do their inspection. I expect all this. She could not get to the job for two weeks leaving me without the use of my vehicle. When they finally got my car and called after their initial inspection they told me I needed few other items repaired, which was expected. What I did not expect was them telling me my price for the same work was going to cost me at least $700 more than the original estimate, putting the cost right in there with the dealer. The lame excuse was that they did not realize what was involved to do the work, really? I asked before if they had experience with the work and I was assured they did, plus an estimator program tells the average parts and hours needed to complete the work. On top of this one of the up-sale items needing service was a motor mount leaking oil and needed replacement. I confirmed with the dealer that no motor mounts contain oil on this model and they were trying to sell a part not needing replacing. I ended up taking the car to the experts at the dealership. It cost me more, but I knew they would do the work correctly and with a warranty. I wasted two weeks time and $95 for a diagnostic fee at this place. In the end, I guess I should be glad it only cost me this much. I would not trust their word and would always get a second opinion.
