I am really sorry to be writing a one star review. In fact, I had kind of decided to just pass on doing any negative reviews while the world deals with Covid, but this time, I can't just let it go, because the owner of the shop really, really let me down.The long and short of it is this, my pet sitter saved my dog from drowning (that's a story for another review about my heroic my pet sitter). I felt like I couldn't thank her enough, and I wanted to get her a little trophy to go along with an extra big check. I ordered the trophy from this shop, and the lady at the counter told me it would be two to three days until it was done.Over the course of the next 20 days I called and went in repeatedly, trying to pick up the little trophy. The owner always had some excuse why she didn't have it done; too busy with a giant order, the supplier was behind and didn't have the right trophy in stock, etc. etc. She always said it would only be another day or so, and that she would call me to let me know it was done. Well, she never called, and she didn't answer the phone when I called. Of course she never returned my messages either. I wound up just giving a the check to the petsitter without the trophy, but that felt so impersonal. I really, really wish the trophy shop hadn't dropped the ball. This was SUPER important to me to thank the person who saved my dog's life properly, and the woman at the trophy shop really let me down. : (

The gal was real friendly and accommodating to what my needs were. She offered suggestions and asked questions to be sure my engraving was what I needed.The item turned out nice. The only downside is they use a flat laze verses round so they are a little limited on the design.

These ladies do an amazing job getting trophies, awards, and medals out for different organizations. I had them engrave names on awards for teacher recognition. I did not really know what I was doing the first time I was asked to run this errand for the school, but Akasa knew what to ask me and told me what to get her to match up the type. She did a wonderful job matching the font so all the name plaques looked the same. Next I plan to have her make a display box for Brad's medals. Will post pix when that is ordered.

I dropped a trophy off in late December to have some plaques put on it. Since it was just before the holidays I said that I could wait until January to pick it up. It's now been several months of unanswered emails and voicemails trying to get it back. I have had no contact with the owner and even dropped by the store several times to no avail. I just want my trophy back as it was custom. Akasa if you see this, please just call me back.

I dropped a trophy off to be engraved a few months ago. I've stopped by a few times and it hasn't be ready. The latest times I wasn't allowed in the store as they said their dogs pooped and they needed to clean it. The last time I stopped by the door was locked and they didn't answer. Dogs were inside barking, so I assume they were there as it was during posted business hours. I've tried calling multiple times, I've left voicemails that have not been returned. At this point I just want the trophy back and will try another trophy shop in town. Advice to anyone, try another shop first. I've used them before with no issue in the years past, not sure what going on now.

This is not a review. This is the owner of the shop. I'm having trouble claiming the page and responding to clients. I am here to offer explanation and fix any wrongdoings. Unfortunately I am a one woman show and this year has been rough. I have suffered quite a few health set backs and haven't been able to be open as needed. We have also had neighborhood troubles as the homeless get pushed farther into the area. I started asking them to leave our property only to be met with not one but the break ins this year. 90% of my equipment was stolen and my store was trashed more than once. Most of my contacts have been destroyed and we'll add many orders broken. I have been trying to rectify this and if anything is still out missing please contact me at 505-907-4948. I want to make everything right. Unfortunately the mess had left me at a loss. I will be temporarily moving my equipment to my home while I look for a safe place to operate. In the mean time I am trying my best to compensate and replace any missing orders. Please reach out to me.

My husband coached basketball during the fall season for our daughter and son. We didn't like the trophies the league was offering so we decided to fine our own. All About Trophies was the first placed we looked. At first te staff was friendly and helpful. I let them know what we wanted and when we needed them by. They employee assured us it was "no problem" and I would get a call when they were done. I have them the list of our players about two weeks later (I had gone in initially about a month before we needed them). I never received a call that they were ready and I went to pick them up on the day I was told they would be ready. The shop was closed, even though the sign says they would open at 10. I waited and hour and tried calling, just in case someone would check the voicemail. I had to leave so I could be on time toy kids' basketball party. I had no trophies to hand out. Come Monday I expected to receive a call from them explaining what happened. I never did. My husband finally went to the shop and they told him "they're always closed Labor Day weekend". There wasn't a sign on the door letting anyone know this. They also refused to give any sort of discount or compensation for this mistake. I was very disappointed in there service. We will NOT use them again.
