Great customer service and very knowledgeable. Didn't charge me to get my generator started, that I couldn't get started on my own. Educated me on winterizing my generator.

When I recently purchased a Stihl 510 V lawn mower, the staff took time to answer my questions and explain the functions, including pros and cons of the controls and operation. They even showed me a quick workaround for a known issue where the mower may catch when you try to pull it back after releasing the drive. I had planned to purchase a second battery, but they encouraged me to try it with one. The mower did a great job on my lawn, and I had 50% charge remaining on the battery after mowing for 35-40 minutes.

Great service and friendly faces. Doesnt matter if i have a simple question or a big project, they always have time to answer questions and lend a hand
