1. Newest owners, LEGACY LLC, keep raising lot rents too high each time. From 9-15% annually. 55+ Seniors can't afford this so ppl are moving out fast trying to sell their homes. BUT, new buyers must have a minimum fixed Income of $3k per month. This enables Legacy LLC to keep raising rents higher on Senior Citizens. Ppl are cutting back on food, medicines, etc. bc of Legacy's greed!!! Minimum lot rent now is about $1,000. Per month. 2. The grounds are NO longer maintained well and there are more Weeds than flowers since Legacy LLC bought the Meadows.3. SKUNKS run everywhere and Legacy does NOTHING to control them. Homeowners pets get sprayed. It's up to the Homeowners to pay or catch their own Skunk control. 4. LEGACY LLC Owners NEVER come to meet w Homeowners to hear about rents, maintenance, etc. EVERYONE is UNHAPPY HERE NOW!!!!

Horrible!!!! No on site manager. Sales Office closed evenings and weekends. Lots of crime. All facilities and activities ceased when Covid-19 started. However manager is too cheap to hire required staff to maintain according to Covid-19 guidelines. Instead they raised everyone's rent! No reimbursement either. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!

Moved here in January and wanted to give it some time to make sure my feeling on our move here stayed the same as when we first checked this community out. It was great when we moved and only has gotten better. The park is so clean and I would say 95% keep there homes and surroundings clean and very well kept. Everything from the club house to the swimming pool is just outstanding. Beautiful pool tables, shuffle boards, poker tables, and if your not into that, they have a great library and hold craft classes. Every so often, there are pot locks and the turn outs are good. Activities include a great 4th of July gathering with plenty of food and fun! I would definitely recommend this 55+ community to anyone that is considering a mobile home park.

since Legacy Community had bought this place it was gone town hill. the current management has no clue and do not maintain the property or amenities. The Jacuzzi does not work. It is basically taking a warm bath with no jets. The pool is always green and chemicals are off with no pool assistance the yard the yards are always full of weeds. No pride and ownership with paying over $800 a month and your lot rent with immunities is way more than what we are getting. This once used to be a great park to live no longer is do not move here.

Don't move here. The rent keeps going up and the amenities keep going down. The Hot Tub has been out of service for over 8 months and they keep giving excuses as why it is not fixed. I think that the new owners (Legacy) just won't spend the money to fix it and to spend the money to heat the water and to operate it. The new owners have let go almost all of the maintenance personal, no street cleaning as before the new owners took over. Half of the street lights are out and the other ones blink all night. We had a air compressor to air up the tires in our golf carts and it is not working and they won't fix it. We need lights in the RV Park ( had an RV stolen) but that is an expense the owners won't incur. If you come to see the place, ask to see the amenities in their advertisement .The previous owners had a management company that did an excellent job. I wish we could get them back.

I have lived in the Albuquerque Meadows since 2005. Since Legacy group purchased our park they have neglected upkeep and we have grass dying in the green areas, the pool has been shut down for over two years as well as the hot tub. The flowers beds used to have beautiful flowers and are now neglected. However our rent has been raised twice since Legacy took over. Mine has gone up $95 in that short time. There are many empty lots, and a lot of angry homeowners who, like myself put their retirement into their homes.

My mother and I moved here after she started getting disoriented and I would get calls from strangers to help her get back home. The grounds are beautiful, it encourages walking and all roads lead back to the club house. No getting lost! Since I still work, it's reassuring to know she is safe. My mom, in her 80s, loves the activities and the pool which is always pristine and beautiful. We are in a community that welcomed us and when we were ill there were lots of offers for help and spiritual support. After 2 years here I feel like we've found a forever home and a new extended family.
