Worth the experience, amazingly beautiful. Make sure to bring warm clothes because it can get cold if you go early. People all over the world come see this great experience.

Had an exceptional ride today. Both take off and landings were smooth as silk. Great weather and the staff was warm, helpful and knowledgeable. They flew high enough for the thrill, but low enough to get a great view of the landscape. HIGHLY recommend this company.

My husband and I were visiting the area from CA for the week and we ended up booking two days before our flight. Aerogelic Ballooning was the only company we could find with an availability at such short notice and we had such an excellent experience! Andy, our pilot, called me shortly after filling out the online form. He was very professional and nice throughout the entire experience, from making the reservations to being up in the air and then to the champagne celebration afterwards! It was neat to see the whole process of how they set up and tear down. Andy also shared with us the history of hot air balloons and how they all got started. In addition, his main job is manufacturing balloons, so we had the privilege of "going behind the scenes" at Adams Balloons and getting to see how they make the carriages and balloons! I highly recommend going with Aerogelic Ballooning! Thanks, Andy, for a great first-time experience!

HiI'm a very happy and satisfied costumer of Aerogelic Ballooning. The services of this balloning company exceeded my expectations. It is a wonderful and organized family business. Beginning for the most wonderful worker there which was the cute son of the owner and pilot of our balloon; a 6 or 7 year old boy, that all of the time was cheking all the passengers to be comfortable offering frequently water to every one.All the helpers of the pilot where wonderful too, they made possible a great trip.The ride was incredible the ascention was soft and calm, causing us a great feeling of peace and liberty:)We flew over the Rio Grande, and we had an unforgetable experience, the sightseeing is incredible.The pilot and owner was wonderful, we really enjoy and lived the experience of our lives, an unforgetable memory that will last forever.Due to the wind, we were all prepared for a rough landing, but the pilot did an excellent job--we didn't even feel the moment when we touched the ground.And to finish our beautiful experience the owners prepared a good table to share with us (all the passengers) a glass of champagne, some fruits, and they gave away some post cards. Our experience with Aerogelic was very, very disappointing when compared with two other balloon companies I've flown with. They were disorganized at check in and wasted a lot of time. Our pilot was clearly nervous and unfamiliar with the area which was disconcerting. We flew over an ugly part of Albuquerque that included junk yards and trucking facilities. The flight lasted just under 30 minutes. It was frustrating to wait and be herded around for over 3 hours for only a 30 minute flight. We can say we flew in a hot air balloon but we can't say we created a great family memory.

If I could give no stars for my experience, I would ! I waited a few days to post a review because I wanted to think about it and make sure I was not being too caught up in the moment, but upon reflection I am more dissatisfied that ever! The crew was late and my boyfriend and another paying patron had to help set up the balloon. Probably no biggie as setting it up was a site to see for sure, but the the cost should not be on the patrons but the crew. OH, but remember the crew was late. Our pilot Glenn was lovely and nice, but he skimmed the ground more than ballooning saying the other patron wanted to see wildlife? He also ended the ride early because "of low fuel" hmmm? Most companies would be prepared with fuel with four paying customers. When the flight landed we had only been in the air for 42 minutes (remember he said he was low on fuel). Then when Glenn landed we waited in the desert for a half hour for Barbra to pick us up and give us a glass of very cheap champagne. The website also says they fly over the Rio Grande; nope you fly over residential housing and empty plots. Yes, you might get to see rabbits and coyotes, but its a balloon ride and thats what it should of been. The company also mentions a few times about tipping the help and pilot, no one in our group did so, because it was, for lack of better words...LAME. The only thing nice I can say is that the people working and Glenn were very kind, but they dialed it in this morning and since this was a bucket list event for me, I could not be more sad and disappointed. I will return to New Mexico again and try a balloon experience again, but with another company! I would encourage you to do the same.

These folks did a great job. We got the whole ballooning experience from end to end. We got to see the balloons "cold inflated" and then they add the heat and you see them stand up. We were a large group (21) so 12 people went in the first balloon and the rest of us rode in the chase vehicle. When they landed, the second group jumped in the balloon and off we went. We did a "splash and dash" in the Rio Grande river which was way fun. When our group landed, we all gathered for a champagne toast. It was a great experience.

Oh my goodness, I flew with Aerogelic Ballooning last year during the Fiesta and it was a dream come true for my bucket list. The owner, Shane, has such a magnetic personality and is a terrific pilot hosting the longest ride of all the balloons so we would have the perfect landing place. The crew was right there when we landed and the ceremony was picture perfect It was a memory I shall never forget, THANK YOU Aerogelic Ballooning!
