I paid for the Albuquerque Glide Tours service through Groupon. I called several times to make an appointment with NO call back. I also left 4 voicemails with NO callback. I was polite and waited 3 weeks to hear back and NOTHING. They took my money in full and NEVER provided a service. That is called stealing in my book! I noticed, three other people had a similar experience leaving negative reviews. They said the same.... they paid for this service as well and NEVER received a call back. It is NOT OK to take people's money and not render a service! This is totally unacceptable.

Very fun. Located in old town.Took the food and facts tour, so we went around the neighborhoods near old town and then ate at Monroes new mexico restaurant and had a sampler platter(included in the price of the tour). Corey was fun and knowledgeable about ABQ, didn't go too fast on the segways for us uncoordinated people! Would recommend this for a fun thing to do.

BEST way to tour Old Town! We are locals and go to Old Town often, but when we saw the Groupon for this we thought it would be a fun way to make family memories, and it was! Corey is such an easy-going, friendly guy and so knowledgeable about ABQ History! Just plain fun. A hot day but with the breeze while you're riding the Roboscooter (like a Segway but better), very comfortable. LOVED the experience and would recommend it to anyone!

This is such a fun way ro learn about Old Town and other areas in Albuquerque. The glide tours are on a Segway type transporter, but are a different brand. OWner and guide, Corey, is not only a knowledgeable tour guide, but a great trainer on the machines. We practiced until we all felt comfortable enough to head out. He offers several tours and will also customize according to your interests. Locals will learn all sorts of interesting tidbits and those of us from out of town learn even more. I highly recommend this fun experience.

Before our tour started Corey left us alone in an alley on the transporters while he talked to some people that weren't on the trip. Then one of the people in our party took a tumble. Injuries were serious enough for an emergency room visit. We never even started our tour. Corey promised to refund our money. That was 2 months ago. After a month with no refund I called him. He actually answered the phone, blamed the lack of a refund on somebody else and said if I'd text my info to his cell he would personally issue the refund. He didn't. Now he won't even answer the phone or respond to a text. He sure doesn't seem inclined to live up to his word or issue a refund.
