Albuquerque Florist

I was in town visiting my grandma and wanted to surprise her with some flowers. They had a wide selection and service was wonderful and staff was helpful. We also ordered on line and had flowers delivered as well.

I was in a bind as I had not purchased my sons prom corsage and boutonniere. I walked in and it was a half an hour until they closed and they welcomed me with open arms. The service that I received was absolutely incredible. I walked out of there with 10 minutes until close with a custom boutonniere and corsage to match. The price of both were under the price of one corsage at peoples flowers, I'll forever be a patron of Albuquerque florist! 10 stars if I could, I would give them!!!!!

Jason, the general manager contacted me and offered to send a replacement. It is gorgeous and I'm very impressed by the level of customer service. Most companies would not even bother to reach out, let alone go out of their way to make it right. Looking at the other reviews, maybe this was just an off day or a fluke. I would definitely recommend this business. They really go above and beyond to make their customers happy.

Outstanding, large florist in ABQ. I wanted to get a bouquet for someone I interviewed. Everything is so cheap in New Mexico (minus Santa Fe), I figured $60 would get me something pretty big/great. Wish I had said $90 or $100. I had no preference for colors or flowers so just let them build me something. Such fantastic people! I was a bit surprised that $60 didn't get me that much more than in CA (but saved $30 on delivery: floral delivery is as bad as Ticketmaster, 1/3 is fees). And I am not a sunflower fan (though I do want to support Ukraine in any way I can). The client LOVED the bouquet, though, and it really was beautifully made. I'm just not into yellow/magenta and would have chosen lilies or something else had I not just gotten out of a 50 minute traffic jam on the 40. Bad accident so a 15 minute drive turned into three times that. Would recommend. A very LA/NYC vibe.

The worst centerpiece by far that I have ordered. (I'm 72 and have ordered many!) I requested few flowers like roses that wouldn't last long & red carnations if necessary for the Christmas table centerpieces (although stating I didn't like carnations (there were a few anemic looking mini white carnations with red rims/horrible!) and preferred red berries, some beautiful Christmas ornaments if possible with greenery & no limit in price but wanted something spectacular. It was to be delivered a week prior to Christmas Day and last over a week, even if a little plucking was necessary.It looked pathetic from the get-go & was mostly dead by 3 days no matter the effort watering it. Absolutely shocking! It was unusable long before Christmas Day. Very disappointing! Hard to believe the $120 arrangement (& willing to pay much more) was so horrible! NEVER use this florist. It looked like a 5 year old designed it!

Had a phone order from out of state and it was a great experience.Friendly knowledgeable and my aunt loved her flower arrangement.

Contacted Albuquerque Florist on Wednesday, 10-29 around 9:00am for an out of state delivery yesterday afternoon. Never got word that anything was delivered. Called Albuquerque Florist this morning and the out of state florist "refused" delivery as they didn't have the requested flowers in stock. They notified Albuquerque Florist, but no one bothered to notify me, the consumer. When I called this morning, there was no effort on the part of Albuquerque Florist to rectify the error other than stating I should have called the out of state florist directly. I feel that as my direct contact, they could have have offered a more pro-active solution instead of tough luck. I'm afraid my credit card charge may not have been refunded had I not called. I have used Albuquerque Florist many times in the past with decent results, so this was transaction was very disappointing.

I needed to send a sympathy bouquet to a local friend and chose Albuquerque Florist based on all the great reviews. The ordering process was very smooth and easy, the delivery took place as expected, and from the picture my friend sent me, I can see the bouquet is beautiful, perhaps even nicer that then picture on the website. Very satisfying experience!

Absolutely amazing flowers from Albuquerque Florist. First time using them and I wasn't sure what I wanted to send. Called the flower shop and they suggested the $100 designers choice and these are well worth more. Just stunning. Pics are one week apart and they are just beautiful.
