Do NOT rent from this business. We booked 6 tables and 36 chairs for a graduation party. We were told 5 days before that we would be contacted with a delivery time. We never heard back (despite 4 texts and 2 calls) until someone finally responded to my text to cancel the order!! We had to get our tables and chairs last minute from another company. Beware future customers!!! DO NOT use this company to rent your equipment!!

This company is a SCAM! Made an order on their website, $50 was charged. Then I tried to contact them to change my order and confirm delivery details. Nothing. 4 phone calls, emails, etc. nothing. Had to cancel my card to make sure nothing additional got charged.

Dealing with this company has been an awful experiance. I got married in September and put a deposit down months in advance for tables and chairs and selected the self pick up option. Received an email about delivery options so I called Brittany 505-435-7525 to confirm this was self pick up and to get the location where to pick them up only to get told they won't tell me until a couple days before. I didn't feel comfortable with this so I canceled and asked for a refund. Brittany told me she'd refund my money within 5-7 business days. No refund in a week or still to this day and the several times I've reached out to Brittany she doesn't answer my calls or return my voicemails. This place is a scam. Thanks for taking $100 from me and providing no service. I hope this doesn't happen to anyone else looking to celebrate their special day.

This is a terrible place to get tables and chairs! We rented tables and chairs for a party we were having at our house. They were supposed to deliver them the day before the party and when they didn't show up, they then changed delivery to the day of the party. They did deliver them, however, two of the seven circular tables, when we went put it out were so broken, that my husband spent over an hour trying to piece it together to make it functional, which was impossible. You could tell this was not the first time these had been delivered broken as there were several different types of screws and tape under both of them and all the screws and holes were stripped. When we tried to call them to let them know, they never returned our call and left us hanging. The chairs were dirty and rusted at the bottom and most had no padding on the feet, just bare metal, they all needed washing from previous food stains and was just a mess. We will never rent from them again and you should really think twice before you do!

I did an online order for some tables and chairs, I did not add my request to the note section. I contacted Britney at the stated number and I was able to get dates and times cleared through her. I then needed an extra day and they were accommodating, the delivery was at stated time and pick up was as well. Thank You !
