This is the best carpet cleaner. They were friendly, didn't try to push any of extras, and did an excellent job!! I have absolutely no hesitancy recommending this company!They got rid of stains, pre-treated, and left everything perfect!!

Looked for a while for a business what this! George came assesses my carpet didn't push for top tier packaging. Educate this home owner with all his options and did the job earning his five star rating! Will not be using anyone else for my carpet cleaning needs other than ABQ carpet care!!!

I called to schedule a routine cleaning for a bedroom wall-to-wall carpet which was pretty bad with a lot of dog urine stains and odors. Because they were booked out a week, I asked to be on their cancellation list. I was nicely surprised when they called today to say they could head my way immediately. Not only did they do a great job for a great price in the bedroom but I threw in an area rug that they took in-stride. Very pleased and as a busy real estate broker, I will recommend to my clients.

I am moving across country and wanted my carpet cleaning before moving in. I arranged for Albuquerque Carpet Cleaners to come and use a key box to get into the house. The day before I called to confirm and give the the code. They said no problem, they are used to working with key boxes. During the time they were at my house, I was busy and unable to be by the phone. They called and said that they could not do the work without pre-payment. Unfortunately, i didn't get the message until a couple hours later. So the cleaning wasn't done. They hadn't mentioned their payment policy. Also, i didn't feel comfortable paying for the full amount without inspecting the work. There need to work on their communication. I can't comment on their work.

The guy who came, George I believe, was super nice and helpful! We have old white carpets in the new house we are in and they were stained from everyone walking on it and just so much dirt that was built up. He did all 3 rooms for a great price, and it was the gold special. He was super flexible when booking, was able to schedule and book the cleaning all in the same week. The cleaning took about 2 hours max, can't remember the exact timing, but it was fast! That was 2 months ago, and it's almost time for a touch up for these white carpets! Will most definitely be scheduling him again!

I've been using George and his company to clean my carpets for several years. I have nothing but commendations for him and his excellent service. He responds promptly and while he may be busy, he is worth the wait!He's knowledgable on all floor and carpet types, and saved me thousands (yes, thousands) in carpet replacement by cleaning the carpet in my house that's up for sale to be as good as new. Pet stains and dirt are no match for George and his machines - you will see amazing results!

Great job for a fair price. On time, quick, polite, friendly, careful. Fixed a bad area where an elderly dog had had several accidents. Will definitely call them again.

I had just bought a house in Albuquerque and was looking for a carpet cleaning company. I was able to get an appointment scheduled very quickly with Albuquerque Carpet Care. Once George got to my house and did his initial walk through, he recommended I get the Gold or Platinum Cleaning package. I decided to go with the Gold package. Once he was done, he called me to inform me that the carpets are in great condition and he was able to remove all the stains. Soon after, my property manager walked through the house and found the carpet was actually not in that great of a condition. I then called George to see if he could take a look again. He came by and spent about 20 minutes at the house (not really sure what he actually did while he was there). He then called me back and guaranteed me that the carpet was in good condition.Just yesterday, I had a potential tenant walk through the house and mentioned some stains on the carpet still. George is definitely a talker and charged me over $300 for a not so great job.

Extremely satisfied with the service I received from Albuquerque Carpet Care. On time, friendly and professional. My carpets and rugs haven't looked so nice since I bought them. Best carpet service I've used in Albuquerque! You won't be disappointed!
