We had an incredibly challenging kitchen renovation that encountered significant issues, which started with some mis-measurements, waded through covid and other delays, and ended up requiring multiple recurring sessions to complete. But the whole time, the staff at ACB were extremely considerate and helpful, and committed to making things right. Although I wouldn't typically offer four stars for a service that was rife with issues, I have to say they owned up to the issues with a kind of graciousness I've very rarely see in this town, and (as my husband commented in another review) owner Shelly Harwood really did go above and beyond to ensure we were happy in the end. My kitchen does look pretty fab!Based on other reviews I've seen for ACB, I'm confident that the vast majority of their projects go off without a hitch, and that mine was just another sad anomaly of the collective year2020 tragedy. I would definitely give them another shot and hire them again... though not until 2020 is over.

We hired ACB to provide cabinets for a total renovation of our kitchen. There were some serious hiccups and the process took a lot longer than expected but, in the end things came out pretty nice. I do have to acknowledge that the owners went above and beyond to make things right when they became aware of the issues with our project.
