My dryer stopped working after 10-15 years, called around to get it fixed and found Alb appliance training. Dropped off the dryer Sat about 11:30 picked it up about an hour later fix for $75. Some of the other places wouldn't even see me until Wed and would charge me $75 just to drive up and look at my dryer. Andre was nice, professional and know his business. Andre said what he was going to do and then does it at a reasonable price and quickly, for me this is a 5 star transaction.

We had a refrigerator that stopped working, and decided rather than have the business we bought our new one from take it we would donate it. We found Albuquerque Appliance Training online, and asked them to come and take the fridge. Andre Chacon, the owner, came over, fussed around with the fridge, and told us he could fix it. Within 24 hours we had the functional fridge back and saved $2,400, along with a 6-month guarantee on the work. He works on all appliances, and were very impressed with his professionalism and willingness to listen to us. If you need appliance help we urge you to consider AAT.

Don't bother. Called ARC to donate a Maytag washing machine and was told to call these folks for a pickup. Called on Tuesday and was told that they would pick up the washer on Wednesday. Sent them an email and text message with address/phone number etcetera. Wednesday went by - no call and no show. Sent another email inquiry asking if they intended to pick up the washer - no call and no response. Thursday - no show and no call. Friday - no show and no call. Saturday -no show and no call. Not Reliable for me - my advice is Don't Bother.
