Dan came out to my house and was very meticulous in troubleshooting the issue and diagnosing the problem. He fixed the problem but he also gave me an education on how to proactively maintain my HVAC system in order to prevent certain issues from arising. He showed me how to clean the coils on the inside and outside units. I appreciate his attention to detail and willingness to educate, instead of just fixing the problem and leaving.

In my opinion and experience you should be very weary of the billing and hidden costs at AirPro. For instance you will be required to pay a $90 dollar "diagnostic fee," you will also be on the hook for the technician to drive to your house/business at $120 dollars per hour. In my instance I followed him around for 3.5 hours while he did approximately one hour of work. I was also charged $600 for refrigerant or $60 dollars per pound. The same refrigerant can be found retail for $10 dollars per pound. I did speak with Mike the owner about these issues he refunded a 5% Military/First Responder/Senior discount which the technician should have deducted. Also he refunded a half a hour of labor, despite our discussion about paying for drive time, filling out the bill on the clock and the lack of work done which I was billed for. I'm not saying don't use AirPro; I am saying you need to know what you are getting into if you do.
