I contacted AIM about management of my property. At first it was great, they responded right away via email and set up a meeting for me to go in the office. I met with Jacqueline and she said she would go look at my property and get back to me on pricing, any maintenance needed, etc. After that, nothing. As far as I know, no one ever went out to the property after I placed a lockbox for them to do so. My subsequent emails and texts were never returned. I'm also a Realtor, and will make sure not to recommend this company to anyone, whether colleague or clients. Disappointing to say the least.

If I could rate zero stars that would be more appropriate. This unscrupulous company was managing a house for an out of state owner. The house was to be painted, cleaned and rented. since this company wasn't doing their job, he decided to sell the property to me. I had been occupying the home for over 3 weeks when a maintenance man knocked at the door. I told him I was purchasing the home from the owner and he returned with a management team. Maria physically pulled me from the home (I am 66 years old) and began removing my furniture ( moving it onto the front lawn). I told her I was calling the police to which she replied that the sheriff was on his way. She lied. She never called anyone and was heck bent on getting me out illegally. I ran back into the house to get my purse and I locked myself in the bedroom while I called police. While in the bedroom with LE in route, she used my drill to remove the front door knob to change the locks. LE arrived and sent them packing, telling them if they thought they had any legal standing, that they would need to do a legal eviction process. That of course never happened because I am the rightful recorded owner of this house, They have continued to threaten and harass me by placing fake ads on Craigslist/free and Facebook marketplace causing a magnitude of traffic to my home for non existent items. I received a death threat via text to my phone. These people have serious issues and have absolutely NO problem violating the law and your legal rights. Even if they thought in good faith that they were protecting the property from a squatter, You don't want a management company that violates you or your rights. There are laws in place for good reasons. Not only do these employees lie and cheat people, but also may pull you from your residence unnecessarily leaving your personal belongings in the open. Do not trust these people. I will be taking them to court shortly and all cases are a matter of public record should you desire to follow the outcome. Beware! Read the bad reviews. I have heard that they pay people for good reviews.

terrible i repeat absolutely terrible do not rent from them they are a lackluster sad excuse take youre hard earned money anywhere else not worth dealing with these morons
