All I have to say is these folks are great! Passing through ABQ from AZ to CO for the weekend and my 2000 Ford Powerstroke died on the off ramp to 66 Casino. Of course it was on a Saturday no less. The gal who answered was so nice. She got their tow truck operator dispatched and told me they had no problem holding my vehicle, etc. Marcos, their tow truck operator, got there fairly quick and delivered my truck to their lot. He was super nice and efficient. I asked them to run a diagnostic if needed and let me know what the estimated repairs would be. I would have to figure out how to get back to ABQ from AZ, etc. My wife called them on Tuesday (I was up to my rear in alligators at work). Their initial find was a frayed PCM cable (truck has +255k miles). Wednesday, the gal called to give me the prognosis and estimated cost. I gave them the nod to proceed. She left a message later in the day to say my truck was ready (still swimming with those gators).My personal issue was getting to their shop to pay them and pick my truck up. They were pretty cool about how long it would take me to get that done.Yes, I highly recommend Aiden's Diesel & Auto if you need work done on your diesel pickup.

Made an appointment for a simpleOil change. The girl on the phone told me it would be $55 for the oil change. We arrived on time for our appointment, handed the keys over and they pulled the car to start the service. We noticed, no one was working on it for almost 45 mins after they jacked up the car. When I asked, why the car wasn't being worked on, the girl at the front desk informed me, because they were waiting on a filter. No one told me what was going on nor that my car needed a new filter. Nor that they didn't have the required filter they are installing without my permission. I had a set appt with this specific vehicle type. Looking at your vehicle lists and upcoming appointments they should had been prepared and if not, simply communicate with me, so I would know why and what was happening with my vehicle that was left jacked up while they ran to the supply store. I was charged $80.93 not the amount quoted on the phone. $65. For labor, $0 in parts, Misc 10.35 plus tax. The base price was $10 more than originally quoted and I don't mind paying for the filter if they communicated with their customers properly. They just surprise you at checkout with the additional pricing..The girl at the desk was rude and because of lack of communication and being charged differently than quoted, I WONT be back!

The guys at Aiden's went above and beyond the help us out. We were traveling through New Mexico when we started having transmission issues and were turned away by two other shops before being sent to Aiden's by a clerk at an auto parts store. They weren't actually open, but opened their shop to help us, because they knew we were going to be stranded until Monday if they didn't. It's little things like that, that make for great customer service. Cesar, ran parts down, and had us back on the road in just a few hours instead of two days!! Thanks to him, and his awesome mechanic, we will be back home to California, and unfortunately back to work on time , come Tuesday morning!

This is the best place in town to take your diesel to get work done! You'll get it done right the first time and not get ripped off and feel like you paid too much! I will only take my truck to them!

I brought in my vehicle for a diagnostic for hard start and rough idle. Literally two months later, after a number of calls/texts, they completed it telling me it would cost $3500. When I stated I was taking it elsewhere, they charged me over $400.00. I towed the vehicle to a 2nd place that was able to diagnose in less than an hour and I had to beg the mechanic to take money for his time. If you need a timely, honest repair, I would go elsewhere.

I hotshot travel trailers for a living. I took my truck in because I was popping a couple of coded... one put me in limp mode. Long story short these guys solved the issues and took good care of us and our truck.. Ypu can't go wrong.if you do business with these guys!!

The shop is fantastic. Cesar helped us out with a prepurchase inspection. They found a major issue that the local dealership had not found. After the inspection the dealership agreed that the 4wd u fork was faulty and they replaced it. This helped save us a huge headache as the piece was close to breaking and that would've been a pretty catastrophic failure. Cesar was super responsive, very nice, and extremely helpful.

they charged me 90 dollars for a nut and 5-10 minutes of work even though i told them i could do it myself and only needed the right size nut. that 5-10 minutes was me doing the work with the mechanic while using mostly my tools. i asked if there was some kind of mistake and the guy told me he was doing me a favor by charging me that much. i had called ahead of time explaining that i just needed a nut for my alternator. if you go here make sure they tell you the price before they do the work or they'll screw you.
