Shawne is an amazing counselor that has worked with my kiddo for about a year now. I originally sought her out a few years ago when we lost my Dad and both of my kiddos saw her for about 6 months. Then when my youngest started having behavioral concerns at home, Shawne once again stepped in and has helped both my kiddo and myself with how to handle such concerns. The staff is always pleasant and there has never been an issue with insurance, billing or calls back. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a family counselor to see Shawne. I wasn't able to give it 5 stars only because I've never worked with any of the other counselors. However, I give Shawne 5 stars for her abilities really connect with kids and to work effectively while gaining trust.

Amazing practice, with multi-pronged approach and client-centered care, rather than money focused, which is amazing. Extremely progressive work, PTSD treatment options are phenomenal. In my 48 years, and having tried many therapists, this is by far the most positive experience I have had. They even offer restorative yoga classes for clients on a donation basis twice a week that are incredibly helpful for trauma survivors. I cannot recommend this practice or Rhonda Neswold-Potter highly enough. It has changed my life in dramatic ways in just a matter of months.

Can't get a call back. The receptionist is helpful, courteous and very professional. Made a call week before last they said I would get a call within 48 hours that was on Tuesday. I finally called them Friday. Then Monday I waited for a call. Finally late in the afternoon I called again. I was told my son had been assigned a therapist her last name Rudolf and she should have already called earlier in the week. Still no contact. Crazy!

just received billing from age to age counseling and they are trying to bill me for things that are not allowed or over billing my insurance for services provided. copy of message from my insurance: this service or supply provided is not allowed because it is not considered necessary based on the medicare guidelines (local/national coverage determination). you are not responsible for this amount. also this amount billed exceeds normal amount of charges for this type of service. you are not responsible for excess charges. the counselor spies, shari a psyd was great but whoever controls her billing is trying to pull a fast one. if you use them check your billing and insurance. me i will never go there again.
