Fantastic and awesome job. I give this service and company 10 star rating. Thank you David. David was on time, very professional, worked hard to fix and repair ceiling dry wall. He repaired and patch a ceiling hole that was cut out. The damage was from water leak damage when swamp cooler leaked because MCS/Mechanical Control Solutions failed to replace swamp cooler pads, so the water overflowed from the pads and leaked into the house bedroom. 24-Hour Restoration dried and sprayed microbials to prevent mold and David finished the repair on the ceiling, put up sheet rock and textured the ceiling smoothly and seamlessly. David even went above and beyond what I asked for. I have physical limitations so he went up on the attic to re-fluff the insulation up there. He also patched couple of small holes from removed towel rack and retextured bathroom wall. Now my house and bedrooms ready for the fall and winter. No hole in ceiling to the attic. No holes in bathroom also. The texturing of the ceiling and walls are seamless and smooth. Professional and great job David. I will definitely recommend you to others in need of your services. I had a water leak that caused some serious damage causing an entire ceiling and some walls of drywall to collapse. Many contractors are booked up over a month out but these guys were able to come down and complete the work in a week. The work is very well done and I am very thank for their assistance.

0 stars. Not professional at all. Scheduled a morning before I was supposed to move out in a couple days and these guys never showed. Didn't answer my calls nor texts after a very convincing conversation a few days before reassuring me about how how well they would do to get a great review. So no I I don't recommend.

I needed a small drywall repair in an awkward area of a hallway. Within an hour of my call, David was on site, gave a very reasonable estimate. He and Bryan replaced the section and textured the surface to match the surrounding wall and were finished in a short amount of time. I am very pleased with the work, as well as their work ethic, expertise, and ease of communication.

Very happy with their service. We had a leak in our roof that destroyed the drywall in a part of the ceiling. We called Affordable Dry Wall and a technician was at our house the next day to repair the hole, at a very reasonable price. We highly recommend this company.
