Affinity at Albuquerque

Ok wanted to post at 6 m9nths here that would of been November so lateBut here goesI have met so many wonderful peopleOk not everyone is A+ but that's lifeIt's not perfectMost of the residents are super: kind friendly good peopleStaff is helpful Considerate ProfessionalThe apartment is greatLots more cabinet/storage space than I thought There is alot of activities hereLife is what you make itI'm very glad I decided to make it here

This place has roaches on the first floor. They're coming from the trash room at the south end of the building. My mom lives on the first floor and she's had two LIVE roaches walk into her apartment when she opened the door to leave. She told the managers, who have done NOTHING! There are still roaches in the trash room. This place is falling apart. The concrete on my mom's patio is crumbling. They claimed that they "fixed" it but it's still crumbling.She's afraid to complain too much for fear of retaliation from the manager and staff.Do not move here. It used to be a great place and then new management took over and it's gone downhill fast.

This place is a money hungry apartment complex that does NOT care about their residence. Anyone that wants peace and a nice place to live should not live there. Management is uncaring and again only out to show corporate they can make money. There is not communication with the residence. I'm sorry I ever even considered this way over price location.
