Care of the residents is top notch. They are all caring and really take care of my mom and all the other residents. I visit quite often and there is no restricted visit times - as you can visit any time. I pop by after work and on weekends and everyone of the staff are friendly and well versed on their residents and what they need. The food is always delicious, the garden area nice to walk or hang out in and the facility to include restrooms and bathrooms are always clean and tidy. The facility overall is run well with great staff, always clean and assessable. Couldn't ask for a better place for my mom.

This facility was AMAZING! 5 STARS!! The staff and in particular: Jamie, Lupe & Ellen, RN treated our Mom and our family like Family! We would HIGHLY recommend this facility to anyone who wants the absolute best care for their family member or loved one!Our mom was always dressed and cared for with the best care. Additionally, Jamie would send pics of her (See Attached) and updates on her condition as I was oftentimes travelling & out of town for work and my brother lives in California. The entire staff at Advantage was gracious, caring, accommodating and focused on providing the absolute best care they could provide. This facility has a very homey and comfy feel that is open and easy to navigate. When we moved our mom into the facility they accommodated us by having the side door open to help us unload and get her moved in.Having worked with 2 other facilities over 3.5 years to accommodate our parents this facility was by & far the BEST ONE!! Thank you so much!

If your looking for pretty this is your place. If your looking for loving, caring, respectful, trained people who will care for your loved one especially in their final days this is not your place. Numerous occasions we spoke with Jaime the director on issues we were concerned with. The owner was spoken to once about my dad receiving food he shouldn't be. His response was oh sometimes things slip through. My dad was not to have shavers in his room because he was in blood thinners. Well they didn't take that serious either. My dad was not to be in a chair without arms. He was and he fell out in the floor. My dad was taken to hospital, when I brought him back, they didn't bother to clean up his room. Throw up all over the floor, the bed, then to make matters worse he had two pillows in his room that were full of blood both sides. Who knows where that came from. All I got from that is I'm sorry we didn't realize. My dad took 4 falls in a matter of 6 days. I was out of town when I got back and got to him immediately knew he had either a stroke or a brain bleed. Well it was too late they put him in a geriatric chair and left him there for 3 days until I through a fit for a hospital bed. They never took him to the hospital. I can guarantee you he had a fractured hip also. They were making him walk, or I should say drag him down the hall. He was yelping in pain, but he couldn't talk anymore. The nurse their has no compassion, she will not take advice from anyone. Sure doesn't bother to train the employees their how to administer medications. The one caregiver showed morphine down my dad's throat making him choke for about 30 minutes. No one is trained for end of life care. Thank God myself and my family were there for my dad to over see everything. I tried to address the issues and got nothing but attitude back from Jaime and the nurse. They are rude and don't care about the elderly. I hope this place gets shut down or the very least gets investigated for their behavior. No one should have to die the way my dad did. DO NOT PUT YOUR LOVED ONE HERE
