Active Solutions Therapy Services

I enjoy going to PT at Active Solutions Therapy Services. It has been seven weeks since I began and time has flown.I had a total right knee replacement two years ago March and PT was at New Mexico Ortho. Not the best experience. Some staff seems to be bored, apathetic, impatient.Not so at ASTS. Gaven who did my initial evaluation is a pro, personable, polite, friendly. He also encouraged and praised me.In fact, the entire staff are pro's, personable, polite and friendly. They seem to enjoy their jobs and are so encouraging toward their clients.Debbie, Tijeras NM

I've been having PT there. Everything seemed to be going well until I got a call that someone there has Covid-19. They called and said I should be tested. They refused to tell me anything more than I was there when the Covid infected person was there. Then they tried to set up a tele-physical therapy visit. It is a fairly large place with I'm estimating 8-9 rooms. They would not say if I was within 6 feet or any other distance of the infected person. Because of this refusal and that they were so eager to book a tele appointment I can only assume they are incompetent in dealing with this public health emergency and instead are more concerned about $$$Truth is always best.

Tori from Active Solutions really exceeded my expectations! She went out of her way to make sure I felt comfortable and safe. She listened to everything I said and made sure I was cared for. The exercises she gave me truly helped my back problems. She is highly professional and I would recommend to anyone. Thank you Tori!

Outstanding staff and service. I've suffered from extreme sciatica for six months, and PT Ryan Hotchkiss helped me tremendously. This place is awesome. I brought my Daugther here to get Physical Therapy for her back. Her pain has gotten better and the staff is friendly and always welcoming.
