I had been in the market for awhile for storm doors but wanted something unique and tasteful to go with the style of our house rather than the type of doors that you purchase at Lowe's or Home Depot. I found Action Security though an advertisement in the Albuquerque Journal. I made an appointment for an estimate. Prior to our appointment, I received an email with their catalog and was also notified that Action had custom options as well. We selected one of the designs in the catalog and when the estimator arrived, our appointment went very quickly and the measurements for our doors were completed. Within 12 hours, I had an estimate via email. I reviewed and accepted the estimate and then called to order the doors. a 50% deposit was due when ordering and a date was set for installation. On the day of installation, the installers arrived early and got right to work. They were professional and got our beautiful new doors installed quickly. We are so happy with our new doors. They are show craftsmanship and quality and add to the appearance of our home. Thank you!

This security company is awesome! They were super easy to work with and had really friendly staff. We had two security guards at our wedding and they were both great. Both were polite and quite. I didn't even realize they were there! I highly recommend this place for large events.

Hired them to do a yard gate and topper. I'm not satisfied with the results. The work looks like it was done by an amateur. They tried three times to correct it but the final result is still unsatisfactory. The vertical bars are not evenly spaced and look cheap. We contracted with them in October 2021. Got the first gate in February 2022. The final gate in June 2022. The price wasn't t worth what was promised.

The crew just left after installing our last gate, just cant say enough about Action Gate. We really enjoyed our experience with such a great company. We're going to miss them!!!Thank You

I wouldn't use any other iron security company, I had decorative wrought iron security bars placed on my windows and two great security gates, one of the gates was custom made for an arched entryway and have received many compliments even from strangers out walking in the neighborhood.

I have a STUNNING iron gate front porch enclosure from Action Security Iron! I work in real estate and know what adds value to a home. This is amazing. It was 12 feet tall and somehow they measured it perfectly. People walk by and tell us how beautiful it is....stunning really is the word.I gave 5 stars because even though we had a minor snafu, I believe it is how a company handles issues that sets them apart. They went all out and had the best attitude about the whole thing. They showed up in masks and kept their appointments. Really a classy way of dealing with the public and they produce an amazing product, and it is at a fair price!! I love them. They will be coming back to do my yard gates next. The company is easy to work with. The security door reduced the width of my door by 3 inches. A better design is needed. It took a while to complete the installation given it was not complete the first time and I felt I needed to be there given some mishaps with billing and an incomplete installation.The only reason for 3 stars is the company did their best to make it right. The installation was completed and I received a discount for my inconvenience. Unfortunately, not the first company that comes to mind when friends ask for recommendations.

I obtained quotes from two iron gate companies and Action Security's was far lower in cost (and I believe just as good as product as far as I know). Dale was my estimator and he arrived on time for the appointment and provided the CAD drawing to the specs very quickly. It was easy to communicate a few changes I wanted to make to the specs and he got back to me quickly with the revised CAD drawing for my final review and approval. The install team arrived on time as scheduled and completed the job quickly. I'm very happy with my gates! They do book pretty far out in the Summer so it was 3-4 weeks for me to get the appointment for the estimate and then another 6 weeks I think before the install, but that seems to be pretty common during the busy Summer months.

Our custom gate is just beautiful. Dale was easy to work with and his crew was very professional and did an excellent job on installing the new gate. We have another project for them and are looking forward to an equally excellent product and result.
