A friend visiting me from a non-legalized state made this his first stop in Albuquerque to pickup some stuff. He picked out an item and, following the sales clerk's advice, decided to test it in their car to make sure it worked. Turned out it didn't, so he went back to the store to ask for a refund. The clerk insisted they check it again to prove it wasn't working. My friend shared his concerns about the quality of the item, especially since he was told to test it, and mentioned he'd rather buy something from somewhere else.After some back and forth, clerk said he could dispute the charge with his credit card company. Eventually, the clerk gave them a cash refund but also accused him of possibly disputing the charge anyway. As he was leaving the shop, clerk told him never return to the store. Boy, did he really need a smoke after that experience. IMO Storefront looks unapproachable to me. Sorry my friend had such a crappy first experience.

I bought a $25 Vape here and tried puffing on it once before I left and everything seemed fine. I got home and the Vape kept getting stuck on and kept sizzling making weird noises and burning through everything really fast. It finally stopped so I put it aside and came back the next day when I got off work to see if they would exchange it. The guy at the front desk offered me 10% off even though I was unable to use the Vape at all. Other stores have return policies within 24 hours for malfunctioning vapes I recommend going to those locations.

Everyone was nice and when I got a vape it worked just fine (not like these other bozos) even when I got home. plus aren't you supposed to test it in the store so that they can see it for themselves Instead of saying oh well this and that.

If you read their reviews on all sites it is obvious they sell inferior products at high prices. Hubby bought a product and didn't notice the damage until he got home. Took it back immediately and they were nasty and didn't want to exchange it. Horrible policy to have. Will never return.
