I have used this company three times within a year for different services. Yesterday, my thermostat went out and stopped working not allowing me to control the temperature in my house on one of the coldest days yet. Hector came out within 2 hours and immediately fixed the problem. He did not charge me as the item was still under warranty. I am so appreciative of this company's swift response on every occasion. I did not expect for him to make a same day visit and this speaks volumes to the company attentiveness to its customers. There prices are always reasonable as well!

Oh my goodness!!!! Hector and the team at ABQ temperature management are beyond fantastic! We have had them expertly & quickly fix our conked out A/C and fix our very finicky fireplace. The team is amazing. So incredibly knowledgeable! Very customer service focused! Excellently responsive. Really helps you understand your HVAC equipment too. Hector really makes you feel like you have an expert friend in the business. Recommend this team completely.

Our A/C recently stopped blowing cool air, and it got hot REAL quick. I called around to about 5 companies and ABQ Temperature Management was able to come check it out with the least wait time. Hector Jr. and his team were very respectful of Covid-19 protocols and wore masks anytime they were in the house. Turns out we had a coolant leak, which was not easy to find nor a straightforward fix due to our specific system. He squared us away with a fix that we hoped would at least get us through the summer while Hector did a bit more research and reached out to the manufacturer for us. Alas, the problem came back within about a month.Upon calling again, Hector Jr. remembered the situation and came back that same day. He was able to find the leak and devise a more permanent solution. He also followed up with numerous emails with details he'd researched about parts and our options moving forward. Now, a few weeks later, things are still working great as we head into peak summer heat. Thank you ABQ Temperature Management team for your prompt response and great customer service!

We bought a home that was 16 years old and was still running the original tanked water heater and gas boiler for in floor radiant heat, both not EnergyStar. We asked for quotes from multiple companies to put in an EnergyStar tankless combi-boiler that is both a radiant heat boiler and domestic hot water heater. We hired ABQ Temperature Management and are very glad we did. The owner Hector and his crew were beyond professional and took their time to do this complicated install correctly and cleanly. I was kept up to date on issues and they were explained to me in layman's terms. Every day they cleaned up after themselves and left my garage spotless. After the combi-boiler was installed we found our hot water recirculating pump was broken, so Hector replaced that as well, and worked through several issues including a defective pump and malfunctioning check valve until he was certain I was satisfied that things were working properly. And of all the quotes we got his was the lowest, so win/win. Even the city inspector and other contractors have commented on the quality and cleanness of the install.

I am so grateful to Hector and his business! Temps to hit over 100 degrees, my refrigerated air goes out and I'm working from home. Oy! The problem was fixed immediately and the price estimate was the best on Yelp quotes. Very trust worthy. I will refer and use this company again. Also, they took proper Covid precautions which was greatly appreciated. Thank you again, Hector!

All the other reviews are correct. Hector Jr was kind, courteous, knowledgeable and fixed my heater with not much more than some steel wool. He showed me what he was doing, told me what steps he would take and was able to fix the problem in the first step. Highly recommend.

Our AC stopped blowing cold air. This has been the second hottest August on record so it was not comfortable in our house to say the least. I sent messages to three of the top reviewed AC repair companies on yelp and these are the only guys that responded. They got out to my house the very next day and within a couple hours my AC was blowing ice cold again. Hector Jr. is super professional and I genuinely felt I could trust what he was saying. He took pictures/video of everything he did and he took the time to explain it to me, which I really appreciate it as I am not an AC expert. I will absolutely be calling these guys the next time I need help with my air-conditioning. I highly recommend them!

ABQ Temp Management is phenomenal. I cannot day enough good things about Hector and his team. We live out of state and have renters and he was so good to work with, quick and reliable. Sent pictures of the whole process and always responded within minutes. Trust the small guys!

I would highly recommend anyone talk to Hector and Son--they are honest, fair, and do great work. Our AC broke and our regular company who installed it and is an established company made a recommendation to replace the whole unit, and mentioned we could just replace the motor but that would be a risk since there is only a one year warranty on the motor. Hector Jr came to look at the unit and recommended replacing the motor, since the overall unit was still in good shape. We are now loyal customers of ABQ Temperature Management, and glad we have someone trustworthy to call when we need help!

I called them because my air conditioner was not blowing air properly. Very professional and very friendly. Found an issue with my furnace that the previous service person had likely caused. Replaced a small part and got my air conditioning working like a champ.I don't post reviews very often, except when the service is exceptional. I highly recommend them.
